Privacy is essential while you're traveling. We understand this and offer a convenient self check in with lockbox that allow you the flexibility of keeping your own schedule and the ease of checking in whenever works best for you. We are local and always available for anything you might need as well.

Located in the Historic Sandy just a short walk from the Historic Sandy Trax stop to downtown, just steps away from Real Salt Lake Soccer Stadium, and across the street from the shuttle to the ski resorts. Just a short drive to Snowbird and Alta!

A professional couple lives downstairs in a completely separate unit.

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the entrance to the basement suite.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
