You did well to specify that the toilets are on the ground floor and the bedroom and the bathroom on the first floor, but the staircase is normal, not spiral. There are large plates, platters and all that goes with it in the cupboard under the window. Next time don't hesitate to ask, there is always someone listening to you and our caretaker is always there.

It is the first time we have such a negative comment. I am extremely sorrry and deeply afflicted. We make sure that each guest is warmly welcomed and we try our best to adapt to each situation individually all through the stay. We ensure that our house is thoroughly cleaned right before new renters arrive. I can ensure you that the sheets and beddings came right out of the dryer. It could have been that the stove was not perfect and I need to apologize for that. Some jars might have been left behind in the refrigerator and might have been forgotten. They were in no case supposed to be consumed by the renters. It is really sad that those questions could not be addressed during the stay as they could have been taken care of right away. The property manager walks by the house every single day. The great anxiety created by the need for cleanliness from those renters made them focus on what was wrong with the house instead of enjoying all the many qualities our place has to offer. Obviously there was a misunderstanding regarding the location. The house is centrally located but on the right bank near the Republique in a district that is both very lively and considered one of the most in vogue currently in Paris near the Marais and Centre Pompidou and not close to the Eiffel Tour). There was also a misunderstanding regarding the services offered as we do not provide for the meals. Please rest assured that those kind of comments really reaches us profoundly and we will make every effort to ensure this does not happen again. Kitsou Dubois C’est la première fois que nous avons un commentaire de ce genre et j’en suis désespérée. Nous assurons un accueil chaleureux et adapté à chaque situation ainsi qu’un entretien régulier. Le ménage a été fait juste avant l’arrivée des locataires et les draps sortaient du lave-linge. Peut-être que la gazinière a été mal nettoyé et je m’en excuse. Comme aussi le fait que quelques bocaux ont été laissés dans le frigidaire et qu’ils n’aient pas été enlevés. Mais en aucun cas ils n’étaient destinés à être consommé par les locataires. C’est dommage de ne pas avoir posé la question durant le séjour sur tous ces points qui auraient pu être tout de suite arrangé. Sachant que la personne en charge de la maison passe devant tous les jours. La grande anxiété générée par le désir de propreté de ces locataires, les a conduit a chercher ce qui clochait plutôt que d’apprécier la qualité de l’appartement.
