Hidden gem

Although the space is unique it is laid out perfectly for everyone to have their own space but a large enough area to play games or complete a puzzle. The ocean is outside your back door making it easy to go out for just a few hours. The place was clean and well stocked. Working with evolve has been the best with amazing communication.

Great Vacation Spot

We loved the house on the beach! It had everything we needed and we loved the privacy we had on the beach. It was close to everything, yet private. We'd definitely recommend it to others.

Great location at the beach. Property manager is responsive and good to work with. Plenty of room for families and sleeping is limited to beds available.

Wonderful location and immaculate!

Working with both the owners of this property and the management company was so easy and a very pleasant experience. When we arrived, everything was ready for us and had been cleaned immaculately. The owners even had snacks, tea, and coffee for us. A toy box and closet full of beach toys plus sun tan lotions were provided. This is a very spacious unit for our two adults and three young children. It was wonderful to be able to just walk right out into the yard and right onto the beach. Also saw two space shots from the yard!

Loved this place.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The welcoming for our fur baby was excellent. Nice bed, snacks, and toys. The weather was perfect for our visits to the beach and for sitting outside watching the sunset. Wonderful views inside as well... for drinking coffee and playing games. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach House get away vacation

We had an amazing time at the Beach House. My daughters and nieces loved seeing the sunrise, sunset and the fact that the backyard is the beach. It has an amazing view to the ocean. It’s private and peaceful yet it is close to restaurants, shops, and Publix. The house is comfortable, clean and pet friendly. It was Stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and other games to enjoy. The owner was very helpful and accommodating to us. It does share space with an attorney’s office and another rental towards the front but it did not interfere with our privacy. We didn’t even see the people in the attorney’s office and no one came to the back. I would definitely rent again for our summer beach vacation. Thank you for having us!

Great Vacation

This house is beautiful and in a great location. It has everything you need to have an incredible vacation with family or friends. The weather did not cooperate, but we still had the best time. We rented both houses so there were no other people around. It was our own private beach.

The closeness to the beach was awesome. Really just steps away. The accommodations were clean and well equipped. The space was a little quirky with step downs etc. but that actually added to the fun once we got settle. We enjoyed our visit.

Beautiful Beach House

Our family enjoyed staying at Katrina’s beach house. She was a wonderful host who was very easy to contact with any questions. The house was perfect for our Easter weekend and the weather couldn’t have been better! Just a few steps through the back yard and you’re on the beach! We got to see 2 rocket launches on the same day, from the backyard beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location directly on the beach!!

What a great vacation we had! House was perfect for what we were looking for, directly on the beach, outdoor shower, great open floor plan and views of the ocean. My girls loved the big waves and lots of shells, a big bonus was the turtles nesting. We had everything we need, only thing I didnt have that I wish I did was a grill. The owner was super responsive and incredibly accomidating!! We would absolutely go back!

Spring Break 2024

Very clean and check in was a BREEZE. It is obvious thought has been put into the amenities. Most everything you need was there, plus a few helpful items like salt and paper and foil. There is a beach umbrella (we would know we had to buy a new after the original one was taken off the beach), cant recall about chairs, there is a coffee pot and a Keurig, no grill which would have been awesome, a firepit, outdoor table and chairs, some beach towels and ample parking. The walk to the beach was not one, its so close. There is a public ramp directly next to the house but hidden by a ton of mangroves. You can see SpaceX launches from the house and beach. The laundry facility (attached but shared by the units) is the best I've found at a beach rental so far -clean, clean and had a drying rack. Two items of note: the location is attached to a business and law firm; the front actual door opens as a business door and next to the front offices and the backdoor next to a law office. Not an issue at all - just unique. The second item the futon is basically in the entry again not an issue but would be helpful if an additional curtain was hung to cover the front door when needed or to block the sun. It's a very spacious room. We had plenty of room. Great for pets, provided bowls, a small crate and blanket and I couldnt tell another pet had ever been there!

4 day weekend in paradise!

Stayed here with my husband and 2 kids under 5 and our pet cattle dog for an extended weekend. We wanted a comfortable place to stay as close to the beach as possible, because who wants to haul 2 kids and all their beach crap far? Not me lol. This set up was IDEAL! For starters, this unit was much larger than I expected! It felt homey and the location was great, as it was on a quiet beach where the sea turtles nest AND it was a short drive from really good food options….even though the kitchen was nice, we didn’t use it because this mama didn’t want to cook on vacation! Some notes for families that might be helpful: we were able to leave our set up on the beach during the days and come and go with no issues….traffic is relatively light We were able to have our baby monitor reach the beach from the back bedroom, which was ideal for nap time. There are beach toys and chairs at the house, however no sun shade so bring that if you want shade! There are 2 lovely outdoor showers to hose your kids sandy bums down! There is a portable medium sized dog crate in the unit as well. There are some beach bunnies that live in the bushes out back! Super cute to see, also very exciting for our dog who stared out the window for hours at them! Highly recommend Marker 99, Mister 01, Frigates, Backwater, Mel’s Tiki, and Blueberry Muffin (can literally walk across the street to it!) for food options. Thank you for the relaxing experience that was very convenient for our entire family!

Short stay

Initial VRBO listing did not indicate that the property was a triplex. Thought that was deceiving. Turned out to be a non-issue and we enjoyed the property.

On the Ocean

The first moment you walk into the unit and see the closeness and vastness of the sea in front of you through the windows, you know this view made this choice to stay here the right one. We also loved the size of the grassy and patioed front yard, as did our dog. Beds are very comfortable, the whole unit is spacious and watching Netflix and Amazon, etc. in the evening, topped wonderful days there. Some good restaurants nearby (we ordered take out due to continued Covid precautions). Lastly, Katrina, the owner, is very available and responsive. And, another happily suprising thing: the beach was never, never crowded. (And was dog friendly!)

The View! The Fire Pit! The Sunrise! OH MY!!!

It was 4 perfect nights. We rented both units so we could safely distance and spread out. Although it rained almost a full day, we had lots of movie, cooking and game time. I have a bad back so a thicker pillow would've been nice, but next time I'll just bring my own. No big deal. Any issue we had was PROMPTLY rectified. I wish I could go back every couple months.
