Oceanfront, Ground Floor w/ incredible view of the ocean.

Unlike any other ground floor condo. At Tranquil Tides you can sit on your patio and watch the waves roll in. Nothing between you and the ocean except the beach. Watch beautiful sunrises from your patio while enjoying your morning coffee or catch the moonlight dancing across the water with an evening beverage. You won't want to leave. This condo has been completely remodeled and offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms with open kitchen and living room space. Oceanview room features a king size bed, tv and private tub/shower combo. Second bedroom offers two queen beds with a tv in each room and the bathroom right next to it. The only tough decision you will have on vacation is do you swim in the heated pool or the ocean.

Some additional information:

Come January you will be staying in up to date condo complex- Pool, buildings, balconies and grounds project will be completed by December so book you 2026 dates now before prices go up.

Nice place right on the beach

Very nice area, only steps to the beach and heated pool. We also got to watch a launch one evening. Had a lovely weekend there.

Perfect location

Pictures are exactly the same in person. Location is incredibly with having the beach and pool access conveniently located. Sat many hours at the bench you see in the picture. Would have given 5 stars if the laundry facility had more than one washing machine working during our stay. Yes, there was construction going on during our stay but it was not bothersome.

Perfect family beachside vacation spot.

Beautiful condo. Oceanfront location. Well supplied, as described, clean and comfortable. Our 2nd stay in this unit, 2023 and 2024. Sunrises and morning walks on the beach with the gentle sound of ocean waves to lull us to sleep.

The ocean is steps away!

This Property is exactly as the listing portrayed: steps away from the beach with a relaxing patio. We spent most of the time walking on the beach and relaxing. The Property was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Grocery stores and restaurants were very convenient and close. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you for providing such a great experience!

Amazing View from Tranquil Tides

Location is great. Being right on the ocean was amazing. The place was very clean. Complex had a pool but we never used it because we went to the beach and in the ocean instead.

This place was literally on the beach. I could watch my teenager son boogie boarding from the living room. Very nice, thank you for an excellent location for our family vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was just as the pictures and description represented it. The beach was just outside and the apartment was clean and modern.

Piece of Heaven

The condo was amazing! Beautiful views, clean, and the owners supplied the necessities (soap, shampoos, dishwashing supplies). We loved it there and cannot wait to go again! Just FYI, the beach access does not have a ramp which makes wagon hauling a challenge. Being on the bottom floor and so close to the water made it easy to make multiple trips if needed. The condo is absolutely amazing. The keyless door lock worked with ease and when we contacted the property agent, she was able to resolve the situation within hours. I highly recommend this condo!

Lovely Condo and View

The condo was fantastic! Super clean, decorated nicely, and the most well appointed kitchen I have ever rented. Everything was thoughtfully done. The weather was crummy, and there was some unexpected construction going on which made it impossible to use the heated pool, but we cooked, we laughed, we enjoyed the gorgeous view, and our time spent together was joyous. There was even an adorable Snowman Christmas tree set up, which again was a wonderful touch. We will definitely be back to stay at this gorgeous unit. Thanks for having us!

Location location location

This apartment is absolutely fantastically located right at the beach and very close to the pool. Lots of very friendly regular guests at the facility and (from what we can tell) one of only few low rise apartment complexes right at the ocean. Direct beach access - couldn't have had it any better when it comes to location. The compound shows a little rust here and there, but everything is still fully operational. It felt like the apartment has been cleaned a while before we arrived or simply not been cleaned thoroughly. None of this was serious, but could have been taken care of in a better way. The apartment is well equipped and is in a very good state. Altogether, we spent a fantastic one week family vacation at Tranquil Tides.

great location

This is a nice condo with a fabulous location. You literally have the ocean right out your back door. It was different for us to not sleep with windows open, but we would not do that with a first-floor unit. The tradeoff was worth it for us. The screen door needs to be completely replaced as it comes off the track constantly. The living room is not as comfortable as it should be. We moved a few things around so we could put our legs out and we found a couple blankets in the bedroom closet that you could use to cozy up in the LR which helped. The kitchen is nicely appointed. The swimming pool is fabulous. The owner is in the complex half of the year, or a few months of the year, and has two units there. He was watering plants outside at one point. The neighborhood is nice and the other owners/tenants care about the property. We cooked a lot and walked the beach a couple times a day. You won't go wrong staying here. We would stay again.

Just what we needed!

We are used to a private house on the beach - we didn’t wanna spend that much this year and this was our first time in this area. I went by reviews and pics to choose this condo, hoping it would be a keeper. And it is! This condo is so close to the beach and has a great beach view, and most of the time we were only ones at the pool. Also pretty much alone on the beach, other than like three people who were also staying in this complex - otherwise it was many yards down before there were other people - so it felt private! I’m not sure if this area is always like this or if it was timing or what. The condo was very clean, beds comfy, and it had everything we could need for the beach: two chairs, boogie boards, nets and an umbrella, Body wash and shampoo provided, both a Keurig and regular pot. Walmart was very close (tho it’s not a super center one so less options), we tried pizza in that same shopping mall and it was great. Had to communicate with the owner/rental agency a few times just to ask some questions and she was quick to respond and kind! I will note the Wi-Fi is for the entire complex so it wasn’t the greatest, and the only reason I care is I don’t have a lot of data on my phone so I had to hotspot on my husbands to send photos sometimes. But that is not a deal breaker for sure. I will also note I didn’t say anything to the owner about the Wi-Fi being spotty as I just assumed it was because it is covering such a big area and multiple users. Also the laundry building is next door so that was another plus. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Excellent location and beautiful condo. Two thumbs up!

I was looking for something close to the beach and enough room so I didn't feel like I was living in a shoe box. This property fulfilled those wishes. Updated and modern, the condo had everything we could've hoped for. Ten steps from the pool and less to the boardwalk to get to the beach. Master suite has a window facing the ocean, opened at night for the sound of the waves. Fortunately, we booked this at the perfect time. We're guessing kids were still in school for the most part so the complex was almost empty. Our stay was quite and comfortable. This particular unit was ground floor with a back patio facing the ocean. Patio furniture is provided as well as a few chairs for the beach. Everything in the condo worked as it should've, we didn't have problems with any of the appliances or air conditioning. I do have one gripe about the overall check in/check out times. I paid for 7 full days however, I wasn't able to check in until 4pm and was forced to check out by 10am on our departure date. This means I was charged for 6 hours I didn't get to enjoy. Having to leave at 10am meant we were in limbo for 10 hours before our flight left out of Sanford. Had we been able to stay the additional 6 hours, the flight time would've worked out perfectly. Overall, I still gave it five stars because that's what they deserve. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thanks Janice for all your wonderful communication and immediate response to our questions.

Absolute Paradise

This was the best vacation condo I’ve ever stayed at. Everything about the listing is accurate. Truly beach and ocean front. Directly next to the pool, which was wonderful for having kiddos! You can hear the ocean waves crashing at all times and it simply soothes your soul. Property was clean, well kept, stocked with essentials. There is no doubt that we will book here again. The host was responsive about every question we had! Thank you Janice and East Coast Living!! See you again soon!!
