Fantastic accommodation for hosting my family from Australia. Communication with host is superb. Good eats within walking distance. Short uber ride to Seattle. We even walked to Pike Place (close to an hour) - exercise and sight seeing along the way. Definitely recommend and would use for future trips to the area.

Anne was great at communication - she answered every text or email within 2 hours or less. The property is conveniently located, and had every amenity available, including free coffee and tea, a well stocked kitchen, plenty of pillows and blankets, and games and Seattle highlights. It was spotless, very clean and updated. I highly recommend and will stay again on our next Seattle visit when we have extra family and friends.

We had a wonderful one-night stay! The home offered sweeping views of the Seattle cityscape from our private balcony, which made the experience feel extra special. Our upstairs room was very comfortable — the bed was cozy and the bathroom/shower felt spacious and luxurious. Everything was clean and well-prepared for our arrival.One note for future guests: there are quite a few stairs, which wasn’t a problem for us but could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues (something we knew going in).Overall, this was a fantastic stay and we’d happily book again.

Fantastic home, perfect for our family vacation! Even better than in the description and photos—safe, quiet neighborhood. Very close and accessible to all the downtown and waterfront activities. Our host Anne was fantastic at giving us local tips ahead of time, tailored to the interests of our adult son/wife and young grandchildren. The home is warm and inviting, really comfortable for all of us, and the bedrooms on different levels provided the perfect amount of privacy, nap time for the littles, and family gathering on the dining room/living room/kitchen level. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seattle!
So fun to watch the sea planes take off and land at Lake Union. (Excellent soundproofing in home, so no noise)

This place was AWESOME! Our host, Anne gave details of places to eat and kept in contact before our trip. I was able to ask questions and her reply was quick. The house was very clean and showers were Hot with great water pressure. I recommend the bus that takes you to downtown.

Great view of Seattle and good location for a short trip downtown. House was set up well for 2-3 couples or family. Check in and out simply and Anne responded quickly to any questions and provided great recommendations on attractions in Seattle.

Awesome Seattle Getaway

This is a wonder home that accommodates up to 9 guests. Very clean, well maintained and close to many excellent restaurants and a quick trip to Pikes Place Market. Most importantly the Host is one of the BEST I've ever experienced in this type of vacation arrangement. You cannot go wrong with this booking. 5 Stars all the way!

Very convenient place to stay. Easy to get around from here. A little market and places to eat and a coffee shop just a short walk down the street. Comfortable beds and very clean. Bonus is garage parking! View from top bedroom is fantastic!

Nice neighborhood and close to downtown!

Beautiful townhouse in a nice neighborhood about 15 minute drive to downtown and all the attractions. Close to Lake Union and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The host is fantastic and the amenities are superb. You can’t go wrong!

If I can give 10 Stars I would just was a fantastic location the house was beautiful the customer service was out of sight. Great communication with the host the whole time very helpful giving suggestions on where we can go to to get something to eat sightseeing anything that you can think of she was there to help with anything that will come to mind.
