fantastic location/fantastic hosts

My husband and I come up to Santa Clara often to visit our daughter in college. Our favorite place to stay is near Santana Row due to the excellent restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. This condo was great - right on the row and beautifully appointed. Ginger and Ray were great hosts who provided clear check-in/check-out instructions and were very responsive. We look forward to a return visit in the near future.

My sister and I had a lovely time during our stay in San Jose. Our host Ginger is super friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. The apartment was perfect and orderly and we loved staying there for more than 10 days. Even the checkout process was seamless and hassle free. Thank you once again Ginger. Will definitely stay here on my future visits to San Jose.

Thanks very much for the opportunity hosting Brian’s stay. I wished that Brian addressed his concerns during his stay. Sorry that my place did not meet Brian’s expectations one hundred percent. I hope he will let future hosts know of his concerns during the stay, giving the hosts a chance to improve and correct. Certain issues can be remedied fairly quickly and easily. My goal is make sure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable HomeAway experience. I have been listing this unit since 2011 and received 100% 5 star rating and reviews, so I was little bit disappointed to read Brian’s review giving only a 4 star rating. This was surprising as I checked in with him after Brian’s arrival. He did not mention any thing about the smoking from Restaurant workers down below which was one time isolated incident otherwise I would have addressed and corrected this issue immediately. Brian even sent me a text saying "Everything was wonderful" upon his late check out @ 3 pm which I was flexible in accommodating. The private parking garage for the residents is situated directly below our privately owned condo unit in the same Margo building. Many Guests find that it is only about a 2-3 minute walk and is very convenient and helpful on a rainy day to have close, covered & secure gated parking especially at no additional cost. I’m sorry the parking was not satisfactory for Brian. Regarding the TV, our description states there is a TV in the condo unit, not specifically in the bedroom. Again, if this was a MUST for your stay, we wished you would have inquired about an extra TV. Thank you for noting the owner is very nice as I do everything possible to insure our guests have a wonderful experience.

Great visit!

We were hot and tired and Ginger had 2 large bottles of water available. One room temperature and one chilled in the refrigerator. She gave us a tour and answered questions and in the bathroom there was a non-slip mat in the tub. She had really listened to me when I said we are old. We did not hear street noise even though it was a holiday weekend. We could hear people in the inside hall but there was no partying in the hallway. Parking was easy and close. The unit was extremely clean - cleaner than usual.

The condo is absolutely amazing - extremely well appointed interior and fanatastic location.

Loved this condo. The owners are awesome and will bend over backwards to make sure your stay is nothing but totally satisfying. Ginger greets you when you arrive and immediately makes you feel so welcome and walks you through all that the condo has to offer - which lacks for nothing! Besides being in the heart of Santana Row with fabulous shops and restaurants (with a discount card provided!) and a personally assigned gated garage space - it is close to grocery and drug stores, and a huge shopping mall a few blocks away. We will most definitely be booking this condo in the future and will recommend it to anyone we know who is heading for San Jose. Thank you Ginger and Ray - we look forward to seeing you again.

Punctual and easy check in and check out process. Santana Row was the perfect location for our 9 day stay. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and the central location was perfect for site seeing and visiting family. We will definitely stay here again!

Condo in the heart of vibrant Santana Row

The unit is beautifully furnished and equipped. All the furniture and lighting you could ask for, and all the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery you would ever need. It even came with a discount card for Santana Row stores and restaurants. Ginger did a fabulous job of greeting us, and making sure we knew where everything was. We had a very enjoyable 4 days in a very comfortable apartment in the heart of vibrant Santana Row. And if Santana Row shopping and restaurants aren't enough, walk across the street to Valley Fair Shopping Center or to Safeway and CVS for anything else you may need.

We had a wonderful week in the condo on Santana Row. It was exactly as we had anticipated. Ginger met us and was very hospitable and showed us around and where everything was. The location was perfect with lots to do in the area and great restaurants close by.

This is a wonderful condominium right in the heart of Santana Row.

We loved staying at this property and will most definitely be coming back. Loved the access to Santana Row. Probably one of the best getaways we've had in many years. Ginger is a wonderful host, very helpful and friendly. Also very responsive to any text or call messages. I would recommend this place to any couple looking for a getaway.

Great Place

This is a wonderful place to stay in the South Bay area. Convenient to shopping, dining and highways. Ginger and Ray could not have been more accommodating. They met us near the unit and showed us how to park in the unit's assigned parking spot. They then showed us how everything in the unit worked. We highly recommend this rental and we will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is centrally located on the fantastic Santana Row it was well maintained with every facility you could wish for. Ginger provided every assistance to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable and maintained contact throughout .The apartment is in the heart of the Santana Row and is so well located for the shops, restaurants, gym and transportation to places such as San Francisco the property has a secure garage space too. Supermarkets and Westfield Shopping Mall are literally across the road . The row is an amazing place with so many restaurants and high quality shopping on the door step with Al Fresco dining or indoors if preferred restaurants such as the Left Bank, The Yard House and Maggianos are a must the row is classy and definitely the place to be. I would recommend the property to anyone and Ginger and Rays attention to detail make the apartment a perfect place to stay simply superb Peter United Kingdom

Perfect stay in Santana Row!!!

I stayed with my 2 children for 1 month in this condo. Ginger was the nicest and kindest owner I had met before. whenever I needed a help, she gave me a prompt reply, so I could felt secure staying here. The condo was very beautiful and had almost everything you need to stay. I will definitely stay again next year in the condo which Ginger has. Thank you Ginger, see you next year again!!

Wonderful property--very clean and very safe.

We had a great time. The Santana Row area has wonderful shopping & entertainment. We felt safe and the condo was very clean. Ray and Ginger were great! We never needed anything, but I'm sure they would have been right there if we did! Showed us the place and explained everything upon arrival. Would love to stay there again--the shopping and area is wonderful:)!

A great stay in San Jose!

We had such a wonderful time. The property and studio are very nice, indeed. We met Ginger and she was kind enough to meet us nearby to walk us through the studio; get a lay of the place; and to give us pointers on our stay. She also gave us information on the surrounding area such as what to do/what to see; etc. The secured, assigned parking spot was also a bonus. The studio was lovely and very well-furnished and stocked with whatever you might need. We will definetly look to stay here again in the future and point others we know who may be coming to this area to stay here.

Great condo & location - convenience & comfort

I was in town for business for 4 days and found a home away from home. Ginger and Ray were great hosts and spent just the right amount of time showing me around and getting me settled in. The condo was exactly as described; a studio, very well set up and perfect for one person (or a couple). It had all the appliances and conveniences that you would need for a short or long stay. The parking spot was a bonus as well. Shops are close (although mostly out of my price range), but lots of food options and a store just a couple of blocks away. A great stay. Thanks
