Florida vacation

It was centrally located to many restaurants and beaches. The house was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed watching the variety of birds and turtles in the canal. Sara was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

The property is exactly as described. It’s very cozy, clean, and stocked with anything you will need. The host Sara is awesome! She responds to any questions you may have immediately, and is very accommodating. Location is great to all the local beaches, restaurants, and shopping. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the NPR area!

This is my second time within a month that my family and I stayed at this beautiful and affordable home. Very charming, clean and close to everything around new port richey, Hudson and tarpon springs area. The landlord makes sure that your staying is wonderful and if you need anything she is one phone call away. Beautiful view of the canal and great neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience!

The house is beautiful and well taking care of. Location is great close to restaurants, bars, beach and entertainment. Sara was a wonderful host, she was making sure that we were comfortable and having a good time and also provided right away with her phone number in case we needed something. Nice home on a canal.

The home is very well kept ,nicely furnished,clean,close to grocery shopping and some very nice restaurants. We biked and golfed out of Tarpon Springs and enjoyed the beach on Honeymoon Island State park. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Sara was very responsive to any to any questions we had. We had a great time enjoying the area and the home and back yard. It is a bird paradise in her neighborhood. We even saw an eagle nest from the back, one flew right through the canal as I was grilling.

Great Property, Great Location

We reserved this property on short notice due to another property in another location having issues. Sara was fantastic to work with and made sure everything was ready. The check-in process was easy, everything was as described, keeping our Labrador from getting hair everywhere was easy, yet everything was comfortable for us. The King ADJUSTABLE bed was extremely comfortable. We do not watch mainstream TV, so no cable was not an issue for us (but something to consider for others if you want to watch a major sporting event, you'll need your own app or streaming device. We will definitely be back!

Our 3 TVs are loaded apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime and some News channel. 2 DVD players with family friendly DVD selections. There are many near by sports bars that's not far from the rental and guests enjoy going for the sports games. We consider using Google TV in the near future. Average stay in New Port Richey

A good stay but curb appeal could be improved. Update your TV instructions and remove keypads. Towels need to be refreshed especially the wash cloths. Refrigerator needs attention because it doesn't keep things cold enough. Great bed but sheets don't fit. Sorry for these comments but as a renter these things are important.

Feels like home!

As my husband woke up this morning, the first words out of his mouth were, “This is the first time I’m disappointed to leave a bed on vacation!” Everything about this house is comfortable and feels like home. At first, I was concerned about the shower in the garage, but it was great for beach days! Helped to keeps from tracking sand all over the clean floors! The owners were so kind and great with communication! Check in and out was very simple. Neighborhood was private and quiet. Very quick to get to Fred Howard Park and Sponge Docks! We had so much fun and didn’t have to fuss with the traffic of staying right on the beach. We have saved this to our favorites and will certainly return! Thank you for such great hospitality!

The Hosts were very attentive and guick to respond to my questions. The property was clean as an overall whole initially. I had to wash any pans or silverware I wanted to use. The pans had grease and food particles and the silverware had food on the ones I used. Everything else was very clean. The master TV was not working. The host did try to direct me to fix it. I was unable to fix or the time to keep trying. They did inform me they fixed it after I had left. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood and the house is very pleasant looking. The only concern with the outside was the seawall at the rear of the house. It is visibly separating and about to fall into the canal. The ground has a large gap where to land is giving away, at least 20 ft long and 1foot wide. This is obviously a serious safety issue. The house was pleasant, but hey have a sign at the Ac Thermostat to keep at 78. It took the AC system all night to go any lower when it was 90 outside. It was very uncomfortable when the AC is unable to go any lower than 78 at night when trying to sleep. This is why I gave the property a 4star.

Although we're puzzled by the comment on the seawall and landscape as there are in tact and we don’t see any signs of the deteriorating. We've submitted evident with the pictures to VRBO for review. For the AC temperature, guests are free to adjust whatever temperature they feel comfortable. The sign is suggesting to keep it at 78 when they are away for energy saving which is advised by Duke Energy electricity company. We apologize about the TV experience that you did not have time to attempt our suggestions; however I was able to turn it on immediately on the day of your check out. House has 3 smart TVs, I’m glad you were able to use the other 2. We always provide back up options to accommodate our guests. We ask our guests to let us know right away if any unclean item is found. We did not receive any dishes comments from you during your stay, or we would have sent housekeeping team to check on the dishes. However, we will emphasize more on dishes. Guest’s satisfaction is our top priority, we appreciate you getting this matter to our attention. ❤️

Short trip to South Florida

We had such a peaceful time in PSR. Quaint little town with plenty of retail shops to browse - The home was clean and well stocked for our short golfing trip. Sara is an excellent host - can’t wait for another visit here in the Spring.

Awesome Stay

The house was amazing my family came in from Tennessee for my daughters wedding. The check in process was easy and the house was clean. I would ask my family each day how was the house. Their replies were always saying Sara is awesome, she always asking if everything is good or if they needed anything. What a great host!!!
