Martha's is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath beautifully appointed home, centrally located in the Highlands only minutes away from Bowral and everything the Highlands has to offer. Facilities include a chef's kitchen, bespoke gas fireplace and central heating. We provide free WIFI, TV enabled for Netflix and Stan as well as a laptop friendly workspace for work and play. Alfresco dining area with a BBQ. French inspired rear rose garden with Firepit and wood fired Pizza Oven. Plenty of off street parking.

The host was friendly, responsive and helpful. The house was really well kitted out with lots of cooking pans/utensils/crockery and cutlery: bathroom essentials were provided. The lounge and bedrooms were comfortable-the outdoor areas were well supplied with seats etc and there’s plenty of garden to make the surrounds peaceful, green and tranquil. Next door is a huge oval and recreation area; very handy for an active 4 year old to run and explore.

This is a real gem! We had a wonderful time here staying with family. The garden is stunning. At night the garden looked like a fairy garden and the grandkids just loved it! In addition, we enjoyed the fire pit and wood fired pizza oven. The house is very comfortable and the hosts had thought of everything. Would love to return!

A beautifully presented home, ideal for families or a group of friends. It is wonderful to have a large backyard, pizza oven and BBQ area to use.The home is close to playing fields and only a six minute drive to Bowral.A short drive to wineries.

Enjoyable and Relaxing stay

Martha's was fantastic the property was clean and well maintained. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of space. I would totally recommend Martha's as a central place to stay to discovery the Southern Highlands.

Excellent Accomodation.

A wonderful home where everyone is comfortable and able to relax. There was everything you required available and location to shops perfect.Close to beautiful nature parks and tourist drives.

A beautiful family getaway

Martha's hideaway is a beautiful property which accommodates 8 adults very comfortably. The block of land is spacious and so many areas to sit and enjoy each other's company. The firepit and pizza oven are a especially wonderful!! The kitchen is also spacious if you want to cook. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Nice Property in Large Garden

Very comfortable, clean and very welcoming. Large garden, great covered seating area together with pizza oven, fire pit and BBQ. Very conveniently situated between Bowral and Moss Vale. John was very accommodating and check in and out was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Great, comfortable getaway

Such a gorgeous place for a friends weekend away. So comfortable and cosy, no need to leave. John was great with communication and happy for us to relax and check out late ( when possible). Beautifully clean, comfortable, warm and cosy, we’re looking forward to coming back with our husbands to sit around the fire pit and make a pizza in that oven! Plenty of room, great beds, warm fireplace and quality linens. Thanks for a great getaway!

Beautiful place

Great winter weekend away with friends . The house was perfect, clean, nice decor, well equipped, comfortable beds, ticked all our boxes.We had pizza night using outside wood fired pizza oven. We had relaxing time around fire in the fire pit We will definitely come back to explore this beautiful region in spring or summer. John was great with communication, thank you John

Comfort and style in the Highlands

Marthas did not disappoint. John has created a space that ticks all the boxes and is by far our most enjoyable rental experience to date. We had the opportunity to stay a lengthy period and from day one till when we left we noted no stone unturned making for a truly relaxing time. From the most comfortable beds and beautiful bedding through to the thoughtful art and decor. The appliances were what you wish were in all holiday rentals, 5 star. John was terrific with all communication & instructions providing prompt replies. The finishing touches were yet another reflection of the fine lodgings; greeting gifts, endless supply of quality coffee to compliment the coffee machine, ample provisions of all manner contributing to our comfort. Additionally, the location was better than expected; easy access to all the Southern Highlands, Central Sydney 1hr10, Shell Harbour 55min, Thirrhoul 1hr, and all of the beautiful rainforest and scenic country in between. Not forgetting the treasures of Bowral itself. When staying local the backyard was a perfect space to explore and play with the children while getting to know the resident Kookaburras. We were even able to use the vegetables from the garden in our various creations. Suffice to say, we had tremendous fun and a holiday we will remember for many years. Thank you John and your Marthas!
