Mi alojamiento es moderno, está equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones y relajarse en Aruba, estamos en un complejo con seguridad privada y estacionamiento privado, tenemos 3 piscinas y 2 canchas de tenis y una casa club con gimnasio y un espectacular restaurante. , el lugar es muy tranquilo y seguro y pasamos días inolvidables

Es una casa cálida de dos pisos, en la planta baja esta cocina y comedor y un baño y en el segundo piso dos habitaciones muy cómodas, la principal tiene una cama king size muy cómoda y la segunda habitación tiene dos camas individuales, Estamos en un complejo que se compone de 3 piscinas, una casa club con gimnasio, 2 canchas de tenis y un restaurante.

The complex the property is located in is nice. The condo it’s self needs some cleaning as well as maintenance. The sliding doors to one of the bedrooms let all the rain in drenching the floors as well as the room curtains and rug leaving the room smelling for days. I tried to inform the property manager but he did not answer. Also the address was not given prior to arrival had a hard time finding the place as well as getting in touch with property manager to locate the place and get access to apartment. The front door is “lock yourself in kind of door which we did not like. There was a roach in one of the bathroom and the linens were stained. I would not recommend this place.

Great condo but communication lacking

We have stayed in another 2-bedroom flat within the Gold Coast community in years past and had a much better experience that time. We booked this townhome style condo this time around for more room. The condo itself was nice, especially for the price, located just steps away from one of the complex's pools. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were up-to-date. The front bedroom gets sun all day and was always very hot (suggestion: get some darker/thicker curtains or blinds to keep the heat out). The master with king bed was fine, but faces north so it doesn't get as much heat. We did not use the outdoor patio area - the cushioned furniture looked worn and dirty, and when it rained in the morning, the cushions stayed wet. They'd be better off having a patio table and chairs out there to enjoy breakfast or evenings outside. The patio faces north and doesn't get any sun, which was nice, but we didn't use it. We would also suggest a normal deadbolt lock for the front door; you have to use the key to "lock yourselves in" which was very inconvenient (and probably a fire hazard!). Kitchen was nice, up-to-date and clean. Another suggestion would be to have some "chip clips" available for guests to close open food bags (we have had those available in other condos). They had 3 beach chairs and towels for our use. We didn't give this a 5-star because of the lack of communication. We have rented from 4 different owners the last 4 years and every owner has provided detailed instructions and directions for the condo/home, along with instructions for entering the property, check in/check out times, what to do when checking out of the property, even going as far to offer restaurant recommendations. And those were provided the week of our stay. The day before we left I had to reach out to the property manager to ask for instructions. I was told we would receive them later that night - we didn't get any of the above information. We got a message stating the unit number and combination to the lock, along with a WiFi password to a different unit from what we booked on this site. He thought we might like it better. However, it was not a townhome and not the one we booked, so we waited for someone to come let us in to the townhome. Not exactly how you want to start your vacation! All in all, it's Aruba and we always enjoy our time on the island itself, but there's certainly room for improvement with the things we noted above.

Great Family Vacation

We were scheduled to visit Aruba and stay at this pretty VRBO in March of 2020 but due to travel restrictions in the country we had to postpone our trip twice. Mr. Lopez was very nice and extremley patient as I kept having to change my reservation. During our stay, they came to check on us and even gave us additional beach chairs. The place is in a great location. 7-10 minutes from all the resorts. Very clean. The ammenities (pool and gym) are great extra's. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving visit and many thanks to Mr. & Mrs Lopez for their hospitality.

Highly Recommend This Property and Property Manager

We were very happy with the decision to stay here. Victor, our host, is phenomenal!!! Initially we booked another property, but we decided to arrive sooner. Although the other property was not available, Victor was able to book us in this unit. Although there were a couple of issue, they were resolved very quickly and to our satisfaction. Victor is quick to respond and to coordinate the resolution with the appropriate resources. The property is just steps away from one of the 3 pools in the community. It is a quiet community but conveniently located near beaches and restaurants. The apartment is stocked with more than you will need to cook anything! We especially enjoyed grilling on the patio.
