Grandma Olivia’s never disappoints!

My second stay here and each time it gets better. It’s like a home away from home! Wanda ia an absolutely wonderful host! Highly recommend Grandma Olivia’s as it’s surroundings are so beautiful as well! You will not be disappointed!

We had a lovely time at Olivia House! We were two families traveling with 5 children ages 9-13. The kids absolutely loved playing in the creek and it was nice they could share one big bedroom together. The living rooms were perfect for the kids to have one and the adults have the other. Wanda and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Cozy home

Olivia House is a fantastic, cozy home for a quiet respite. We stayed for the second time and the home is just as beautiful and comfortable as last year! Our family enjoyed our time.

Great home for a getaway!

Olivia House is a wonderful home for a quiet and restful getaway. There is plenty of space for large families. Wanda and Terry were great, welcoming hosts! We hope to return again.

Winter visit

Excellent interactions with the owner countryside is very rural and pleasant. Children were able to ski locally and enjoyed themselves.

Winter weekend at Olivia House

What a wonderful place to say. The teen boys loved the loft! Host had snacks waiting and everything we needed to be super confortable. Can't wait to come back!!!

Nothing but perfection!

Wanda thought of absolutely everything. Will definitely stay here again!! Such a warm welcoming atmosphere. Scenery was gorgeous. Absolutely perfect!!

Stayed for a Funeral but then Celebrated Life

My Sister in Law passed aways and needed a quick stay for my whole family. Property was awesome with plenty of beds for everyone. We even cam back after the service and barbecue and celebrated my Sister in law’s life and how she impacted us all in our lives adult teens and toddlers. Olivia’s house was perfect for our needs.

Return trip, our annual outing

We have other options for our group of golfers, but find Olivia House the best for us. Sufficient sleeping space, cooking facilities, and room to spread out to play cards, have a few brews and best of all the fire pit. We anticipate making reservations for next year as soon as we can.

Weekend get away

The host and her husband are very kind and provided a wonderful home and experience. Their hospitality was beyond that of the other rentals I’ve utilized in the past and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful and comfortable stay. Me and my family will certainly stay again in the future as economy and life allows. Thank you Wanda and terry you have both been wonder and we enjoyed this stay. You two exceeded our expectations.

Staying at Rockwell B&B

Our stay was great. The house is very well equipped and spacious. Wanda was a welcoming hostess and she and her husband were available to CD answer questions, but respected our privacy. We were there to attend a funeral and had a large family group for a meal after the burial and they were very receptive to our doing this. Thanks for being so accommodating!

Peaceful getaway

We had a great time on our time with this rental. Wanda was very responsive to my questions. Terry checked in on us and made sure everything was okay. He made sure we had a good fire for s’mores. The home was spacious, clean and a great space for a family. We spent a lot of time sitting outside hanging out with our two dogs, two dogs on the property and the daily visitor from the neighbors. The five dogs got along and played around us very well. The perfect place to change pace and have a relaxing time. Thank you Wanda and Terry. A++

Beautiful Place!

My parents, husband, and I loved our stay at Olivia house! The driveway was right next to the entrance and private. The pictures on the listing do not do it justice! Olivia house was decorated modernly but also preserved the tradition of the house and area. The colors and details in each room were perfect and looked like a professional decorator. We enjoyed looking at each painting and learning more of the history of the place. The rooms and window lined hallway were spacious. We had 4 people but it could house many more very comfortably. We enjoyed meeting and talking with Wanda, the owner. The creek is so close, beautiful and a great place to cool off. There’s a picturesque fire pit and hammock right next to it. It’s one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed, honestly. Don’t hesitate to book olivia house. You will not be disappointed!

It was lovely

It was amazing. However, the bathroom curtains smelled very strong of a pee smell. The shower curtain seemed like it wasn’t kept up and changed every so often. The gas was so strong so it was pretty cold other then that the area was amazing and peaceful

Very Clean and Easy

The house was very clean upon arrival and the check in process was easy as could be. The house was also well stocked and well furnished. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking.

A great place.

We travelled with our family and friends to Olivia's farmhouse. Wanda was lovely and very accommodating. She even provided us with some home grown vegetables which we really enjoyed. The house met all of our needs, and was decorated with several personal touches and paintings. Wanda is an amazing painter. The living area is great for gathering, the kitchen has everything that you need for cooking, including an outdoor grill, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The attic has 5 beds which was a great feature. We really enjoyed the fire-pit and the lawn area for our outdoor activities. Thank you Wanda for hosting us.

AMAZING!!!

Huge well equipped house with yard directly located at the Rail Trail hiking trail. Close to Susquehanna. We absolutely enjoyed our stay as family there.
