FABULOSA VISTA AL AGUA DE LA MADRE NATURALEZA EN ESTE NUEVO DISEÑADOR DE MADERA HOGAR EN LOS PUEBLOS. Esta casa de diseño cuenta con una gran cocina abierta espaciosa, un gran comedor y sala familiar con puertas corredizas de vidrio de 2 a 8 'por 12' que se abren a una pantalla de 12'x 36 'en lanai con una hermosa vista. Nuestra casa cuenta con dos habitaciones principales con camas king y una habitación principal de invitados con baño privado. Se encuentra ubicado en el pueblo de Marsh Bend, adyacente al complejo recreativo / deportivo New Everglades. Al final del camino, a pocos pasos, se encuentra la piscina familiar climatizada, el Pub de comida y entretenimiento Edna's y el campo de 18 hoyos. Con un recorrido de 5 a 15 minutos puede llegar a 5 de los más de 40 campos de golf de Executive Village y al centro de la ciudad de Brownwood.

Wonderful stay!

Loved the property and the location! Especially enjoyed sitting in the lani and watching the birds in the morning and evenings. We loved the walking trails near by and golfed several of the championship courses. We had a wonderful time and look forward to going back!

Great house

The house was spotless and well cared for. Every convenience was provided such as coffee maker, toaster, baking pans and dinnerware. It was up to date in its decor with not a mark on the walls or nick in the furniture. The view was very relaxing and the beds were super comfortable. The home is centrally located in The Villages and very near hiking trails and the supermarket. It provided a very good base for our vacation.

Brand New with Nice View

Everything you could need and its all brand new! Comforts beyond the normal including a large lanai looking over a pond and tree line. Owners are detailed and enjoyable. Nicely decorated. We hope to return!

Our stay at Fabulous Water View

We stayed at "Fabulous Water View" for 6 weeks and just loved it! This was our 2nd stay in the Villages (on the same street) and have already booked for next year. The house was just as advertised. We also rented the optional golf cart with the house. We drive everywhere in the golf cart as well as to golf also. I would definitely recommend staying at Fabulous Water View, you won't be disappointed!!

Great waterview

The house was great!! Location great close to Marshview golf and not far from Brownwood. Available Golf cart that we did not know about or would have rented that to keep garage less full. Great for 6 people with two master bedrooms and one that is real close to main bath. May rent again this year if I can get my buddies to come along again. Rent with confidence on this one.

Best View In The Village’s

We absolutely love this beautiful house. We enjoyed the comforts and all the amenities provided. Sitting in the lanai enjoying the best view in the Villages any time of day was my favorite thing about this house. It’s completely comfortable and conveniently located. Publix and Ednas’ On The Green are within walking distance. Sawgrass and Brownwood are a short distance away by car or a nice golf car ride. The owners are readily available and easy to communicate with via phone or text. If you want to stay in luxury this house is for you.

Great view, exactly as advertised

This house is impressive, as pictured, with a great view! We loved the wall of stacked oversized sliding doors opening to the covered lanai overlooking the lake and, beyond that, moss-covered covered mature trees. We walked along Hogeye Trail every day-- it's right there. Loved the fact that the house has three bathrooms-- rare in The Villages, along with two flat screen TV's. The new-ish, gas golf cart is the quieter kind, not like the older loud lawn mower-sounding types. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. There was some turnpike noise when the back doors were wide open, but barely noticeable after a couple of minutes, and everything good about the house far superseded that . Can't wait to stay at this house again!

Slice of Heaven

We'd stay there again in a heartbeat. So many fun things to do & not enough time to fit it all in. We especially enjoyed beginning each day on the lanai overlooking the water & watching people on golf carts or walking with our coffee & ending each day there with adult beverages.

Brautiful Home and view

Loved our stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful Home and a great view of the lake. Very comfortable. Would have been all 5 but golf cart trails to the other side are not yet available. When that is finished will be all 5. Owners were very nice and easy to work with. Woud definitely stay their again.
