We were a group of 18 friends who came together for a small reunion. We had the privacy we needed, and felt a sense of peace and calmness. This house is very spacious and truly met all our needs. Simply amazing!

Huge house with giant bedrooms and living rooms. The kitchen is very small but there are 2 large refrigerators. The one dining table only sits 8, so my group went out for dinners. Really great for our staff retreat.

great house

The only challenge was the bathroom drainage and so ants. Description is pretty accurate but it would have been nice to know we needed to bring kitchen supplies. We did have to buy our own plates, bowls, and a couple of pans. Other then all that it is a beautiful house and a party of 14 fit perfectly. We did enjoy our stay!

Great stay

We had a great time. (16 guests). Large rooms, more than enough showers and bathrooms. Double laundry was great. Lots of common space. Would come back again.

Better than advertised

The pictures on the website were amazing but one you actually see the house, it’s even better. The rooms were large. The bathrooms were immaculate. I felt as if I were a king living in a palace.

Was an amazing house.

Perfect size for our family of 21. Had problems with ants, and the kitchen was a little small but we made it work. Overall an amazing house: would rent again.

Good area and lots of space.

House is very large and suites are nice and spacious. Only cons are the wifi not being great for a large number of guests and the there are not enough kitchen utensils. TVs also lacked modern wireless options (ability to cast to them).

Property Manager is RUDE! Put my kids out on the street

Pros This house is perfect for a large group and very spacious. The neighborhood is welcoming. There’s mores stores around than is listed in the home. Do a little homework and you can find what you need. There’s a farmers market 168 that awesome. Two refrigerators is a plus. Two stoves is a plus, Able to create meals at home to help with eating out. Cons. This house is infested with ants. I’m saying ants are everywhere and they landlord needs to address this issue. We had to shake out our luggage on multiple occasions in our 6 day stay. There were so many ants that while writing this an ant walked across my screen. I’m itching thinking of where did it come from. There are raid spray cans all over the house for you to use. The air conditioner on the side is the house with the single beds and rooms air condition didn’t work. The person in charge that change title a few times brought a fan, and there want relief. We took cold showers for two days. The sofa beds aren’t cleaned well and stink. The actually need to be changed. Some of them had a really bad mildew smell. The extra sheets weren’t clean so we couldn’t change the sheets. We washed them ourselves. The house wants really clean it was like someone did a once over. We cleaned dishes over and made sure to bring our own towels and wash rags. The house isn’t close to LAX about 45 min without traffic 1hr 35 or more with traffic. Make sure you time your flight. Check out is a hard 11am or a grown man will stomp though house telling you to GET OUT! The worst behavior with a man and our children. Literally walked into the house and in bed room and proceeded to tell our 8 year olds to get out of the house our time is up. In our communication we sent a message 30 min before checkout that our van was in traffic and we are scheduled to be picked up at 11:30. Instead this man proceeded to put out 20 kids on the street. Yelling, acting irrationally and when the vans came early at 11:24 he proceeded to argue with me that he was right and didn’t do a thing against the law. Proceed with caution when dealing with this house. You’re in the mountain so beware of the thr coyotes. There’s strict instructions about the garbage. Make sure you document all your communication. Spending over 8k to only be treated like a dog was the most disappointing experience.

Family Reunion

The property is large and was, for the most part, as described. While it sleeps 25 people, the kitchen was not equipped to serve that many people. There were not enough dishes, cups, forks, spoons, etc. for all of our guests to dine at once. We were constantly washing cups and forks or purchasing disposables. The kitchen also did not include standard items to prepare food (i.e. grater, baking pans, etc.). We went out and purchased several things that we've now "donated" to the property. There were a few things that didn't quite sit right throughout our stay. On the 1st night, the owner came at 9pm and asked us to move our car from the driveway as he would need access to his garage throughout the stay. He continued to be in the garage on most evenings. On the same night, someone knocked on the door at 10pm looking for the owner. He made it sound as if the owner was expecting him and showed us text messages directing us to the home. It all felt a bit strange. All in all, we enjoyed our family reunion at the property but would recommend better equipping the kitchen and making the property more exclusively available to guests.

Great if you need a lot of beds

We recently had a family reunion here and, if you need a lot of beds, this is your place. The location was great (about 15-20 min from the Ontario airport) and though there were quirks with the house (only about every other lightbulb worked and the layout of the house is unique,) we all (23 adults) had a great time and had plenty of space. There was a shortage of towels (we bought some at the nearby Costco) and some of the toiletries (hand soap, laundry detergent, etc) were very low, but the owners did do a great job of getting to the house quickly when a breaker tripped in one of the bedrooms. While it was not the cleanest house, it wasn’t so bad that any of us felt really uncomfortable or wanted to leave. Overall, it got the job done for our large gathering and was a great value.
