Escape to the Lake

The house was very nice and comfortable. The owners were nice and quick to respond to any questions I had. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great dock, but house needs upkeep

We loved the dock and cove! Gentle slope to lake. The house is cute, but sparsely decorated. We had an insect issue despite keeping kitchen clean, and ended up leaving a day early

Always want to ensure our guests have a wonderful stay and wish we had known prior to your departure that there were a few insects. We had our regular maintenance pest control company out immediately to treat!

The House is the smallest that I have ever rented, however I realized now just me and my two adult children didn't need 4 or 5 bedrooms nor two- or three-story rentals. I will go rent smaller in the future. The Host on this rental wasexpectable; personable, nice, kind, understanding, and very helpful.

Great location, quiet cove

We had a great stay. House was well equipped. Master bed was so comfortable. Dock is amazing. Enjoyed sunrises with cup of coffee on upper deck of dock each morning.

Christmas at the lake

The most amazing dock!!! Beautiful sunrises seen from the house, as well. Well equipped kitchen. Very hospitable hosts. Open layout for family gathering inside, great deck and dock outside. Perfect for a family getaway!!

Best Thanksgiving Getaway

We loved our stay here. It was perfect getaway for Thanksgiving and my moms birthday. This home was cozy and had a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed canoeing and kayaking in the lake. We had our Thanksgiving dinner in the back deck with the beautiful scenery of the fall colors and Lake Hartwell. Thank you Christy for being so helpful in providing great hikes (Yellow Branch Falls Trail) and for answering any questions we had :) We will definately stay here again!

Christy is great! She's very accommodating and hospitable. The place is excellent and felt like home. Great view of the lake. The house is perfect.. We'll totally come back and stay here again

Grandparents and Grandsons

We had an awesome time. The house is nice, the dock is awesome. The water was great. The owners stayed in contact with us and asked Ifor there was anything that could make our stay better. Parking was good, we had room for the truck and boat trailer, plus you could have other cars there too. The bed's were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We never left to go out and eat, but you could we were close to the interstate, but you'd never know it. We had so much fun teaching the grandsons to ski and knee board!!! We will be back

Summer Lake Retreat

We had a great stay at this house. The owner was super easy to work with and very responsive, the house was perfect for our family, and the dock was amazing. The location is also in a great spot on the lake. We had a wonderful week and would definitely girly stay here again.
