Ubicado en una tranquila zona residencial cerca de Shelly Beach (1. 1 km en auto y 600 m caminando) y a solo 4 km del centro de la ciudad, un excelente lugar para relajarse, rebobinar y recargar energías.

Tan pronto como entras por la puerta, esta encantadora casa decorada con buen gusto te brinda una sensación relajante muy cómoda.

La propiedad consta de 3 dormitorios con una cama queen size en el dormitorio principal con baño privado, una cama queen en el segundo dormitorio y 2 camas individuales en el 3er dormitorio con ropa de cama incluida.

La cómoda sala de estar cuenta con TV, reproductor de DVD y estufa de leña para disfrutar durante los meses más fríos y aire acondicionado para los meses más cálidos. Comedor independiente que conduce a la cocina totalmente equipada con nevera grande, lavavajillas y microondas, y da al patio trasero cerrado.

En la parte de atrás hay una gran área exterior cubierta con barbacoa y ambiente al aire libre, donde puedes relajarte y disfrutar de una bebida y una comida por la tarde.

Hay un patio trasero completamente cerrado que es perfecto para su querido perro.

La propiedad también cuenta con una lavandería con lavadora y un cuarto de almacenamiento con cerradura lo suficientemente grande como para almacenar de forma segura sus tablas de surf, etc.

Hay un bono reembolsable de $ 500 para esta propiedad.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A good spot to stay with a dog and to explore the area on a summer holiday. We loved walking to beach which took about 20 min. Yards were lovely and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was good and wifi worked well. The house needs some TLC - a good clean like the range hood, the ceiling and vent/fan in the bathroom. Supplies were low )no spare toilet roll, body wash ran out day 1, no bin bags) and the fan in the oven does not work. Some new matching crockery from Kmart would also just make it a little nicer.

Private quiet and very pet friendly

A very comfortable stay with all the conveniences of a fenced yard and more. Jazzi and I had a great stay and found Elders communications reliable and prompt. Highly recommended for pet lovers looking for a quiet stay to stay. Thank you.

Very breezy back yard was highlight - Air Con works well. Some Furniture is dated & carpet needs replacing with Vinyl planking or similiar. Needs security screen doors & windows

Spotlessly clean

We stayed here for a second time. It is anbsol spotless. Some other places we have stayed have not been the cleanest and had cockroaches and ants everywhere. Not so here. You just couldn’t get any cleaner. Very quiet, leafy area. Beautiful stay.

Great property

Fantastic, quiet, fully fenced…some plumbing issues such as shower drips constantly. Ditto for kitchen tap. But otherwise fabulous. Very clean!!

Great stay

We liked the location away from the town centre and the house was pretty much as advertised if not a little smaller than it appeared online. Good neighborhood. Great that we could take our dog. The outside chairs need replacing or repairing desperately (half not useable) but everything else worked. Screen doors on front and back doors would be good. Outdoor area was very pleasant. Response to a message about a full and smelly bin on arrival was quick. Great service. The house was a little smaller than pictures indicated but worked for 5 people.

I would not stay there again.

Did not meet my expectations. Looked much better in the online photos. Needs general maintenance, shower had a slow continuous leak, the toilet in the ensuite also leaked and we did advise the agent, although it was not fixed during our stay. The out door area was very poor, All the real estate staff I dealt with were professional.
