North Side Bungalow - Se aceptan mascotas, WiFi, estacionamiento fuera de la calle

This very odd guest saw boogeymen at every turn! It was almost hilarious! We are located in a very safe neighborhood and are very proud of our little Bungalow. We provide everything needed to enjoy the nearby Chesapeake Bay Beaches. Unfortunately for this challenged guest, we do not refund for a raccoon in the backyard. We actually spent time on the phone with the police dept. as we take these type of reports very seriously. Our guest told us about an intruder and told us that they had to call the police. As there was no report, we simply recognized that this guest was not quite stable and made up the entire story! No police report. When confronted with her lies, she then changed the story to "I almost called the police". We did not really know what to do with this guest, but we did ask her to leave the property, offering to refund any unused time. Again, we are proud to offer our little home to anyone needing a nice quiet relaxing time in a nice quiet neighborhood. Rest assured that nothing in this review is true.

Martha we are so sorry that the grass had grown. Our lawn care company could not cut due to the heavy rains. Please come back again as all of these issues have been remedied.

Thank you Monica, as you made your own reservation, I don't think it is too much to ask that you know when to check out. Our cleaners were waiting for your departure. It is not courteous to disrespect the cleaners or the host with you silly "misunderstanding" of your own reservation. If you are allergic to animals why would you stay in a pet friendly home?? This is just a vindictive review from guest unable/unwilling to follow simple rules and normal business practices. All the best.

This guest had an unauthorized party; the police were called by a neighbor, and the neighbor video-taped at least 75 vehicles parked along the street! We kept her security deposit and charged an additional $300 fee. A very dishonest guest.

Why would you have not informed us of such issues? We have been there and found nothing wrong?? Of course we would correct any electrical issues. Stove/Oven work perfectly; Microwave and coffee maker work perfectly; refrigerator works perfectly. We are very confused about this review.

This guest thought the house was at the beach. It is not, the listing says exactly where it is. It is close, but still about 3/4 of a mile from the beaches of the Bay. Unfortunately I do not refund due scheduling changes or misunderstanding the description of the property. We strive to be very accurate in our description. This is the review of a guest who was refused a refund.

Why leave a review as the guest did not stay. He called to inform us that his wife was sick and asked us to cancel and refund in full. As we do have a policy in place for this, we could not accommodate his request - and for this a one star review??
