��Esta acogedora cabaña ofrece un lugar perfecto para sentarse y disfrutar de las hermosas vistas del lago LBJ! ¡Bebe una taza de café en la terraza o disfruta de la calurosa tarde en una silla en el ENORME patio sombreado! ¿Tienes embarcación? No hay problema, también hay un muelle de pesca con un telesilla de doble jet y un lugar para amarrar su barco. ¡Traiga un libro, una caña de pescar o simplemente una buena actitud positiva y disfrutará del fin de semana más relajante!

Nice lake cabin get a way. Fish weren't biting on dock, but bring a boat and you'll be set. Hugh living/dining room. Adequate kitchen. Small master bathroom.

Great little cabin in an excellent location, though I was disappointed in the customer service. We booked this cabin specifically because it came with two kayaks, and we intended to be out on the kayaks most of the week. I asked explicitly about the kayaks to make sure they were present and in working order. After my partner flooded his kayak and had to be rescued, we looked up the models and realized they are for children--they cannot hold the weight of an average adult. The hosts were unfortunately not willing to replace them or to provide a small refund (the amount it would cost to rent a kayak for just two days). So, please be aware that adults trying to use these kayaks are in danger.We also encountered quite a few roaches during our stay, both alive and dead, but that's fairly common in waterside locations. All in all, would not stay with this company again just based on customer service, but the location was nice.

We hd such a wonderful time! There was plenty of shade to relax under, we walked bare foot in the grass, we cooked out on the grill and also did plenty fishing from the dock and kayaks that were provided! The giant water pad made great fun for the teenagers and kept them occupied all day. The hosts were diligent in answering questions and never bothered us during our stay. I would highky recommend staying here! There was some home construction next door, but the noise didnt bother us a bit and the host made sure that the workers stayed out of our parking spaces during the time we were there. The linens all smelled fabulous and the house was well maintained.

Perfect!

We stayed at this quaint lake house on Lake LBJ for an entire week. It was wonderful. Peaceful, serene Lake views and Hill country views. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything.

Great House on the River

Pros: Clean, well-organized and well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great location on the river, beautiful back yard, nice deck to view the river, new large grill, two kayaks, owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. Cons: the only negative was that the shower is small, but I knew that when I booked it We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The good, the bad, the ugly

The good: Beautiful views! Back yard is immense. You can see the river, the minute you open the back door from the back deck! Boat dock is great for jet skis, prob not for a full sized boat, but it worked awesome. Neighbors were awesome, and are also the owners, right next door! If you need anything, they are right there! The bad: Roaches in the back half of the house (bed room, bathroom, kitchen) There is NO/ZERO driveway, true parking. And its on a dead end road. A full size truck, towing a boat/jet ski, cannot turn around, once you drive in. You will have to manually unhook trailer, turn your truck around, facing opposite direction, hand lift, and drag trailer around, and then re-attach it. The ugly: I asked for a refund on the cleaning fee and one day rental (of 5 days) and was told they would refund only half the cleaning fee. Nothing more. I said that was unacceptable and would post an honest review. The host emmediately said I was extorting them. They refunded nothing and tried to keep me from writing an honest review (extortion on thier part).

Great riverfront getaway!

This was a great place to spend a few days fishing and exploring Hill Country. The cabin is clean, comfortable and well-stocked. We especially enjoyed taking in the long summer sunsets from the dock in this beautiful location.

Nice Enough Cabin

Stayed Memorial weekend. Easy check in; cabin was nice and clean. A/C worked great to keep the cabin cool. It's a basic cabin. Cooked a couple of meals - kitchen adequate. Great views of the lake. Enjoyed the dock area - son caught some nice catfish. Too hot and lake was too busy for kayaking. Several boats would hang around playing loud music. Loved seeing the deer that hang out in the neighborhood. Go to Longhorn Cavern State Park - awesome to visit!
