Time for some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here multiple times and we love it. But the house is in need of some repairs. The fridge shelves are missing on the door and the main shelf was broken so you couldn’t store anything on it or in the top drawer. Window is cracked in the dining area and for what we paid we would like to see better assortment of utensils. We had to bye a can opener to cook at the house.

Wonderful place to stay!

We came to St George for Spring Break with our family. We loved the house, location and especially the big windows and deck overlooking the golf course we enjoyed the pickle ball courts and the pool. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Love the decks. It was a perfect place for 16 of us to be together and we would definitely stay here again!

Traditional Memorial Day weekend

The house was absolutely gorgeous. We weren’t crazy at with the location of the house. It was a little far from town. The beds were all very uncomfortable but over all had a lovely lovely visit. The house fit us all very comfortably. We’d highly recommend this home

Advertised as 5 bedrooms but there were only for with the downstairs family room sleeping several kids on sofa beds. The Ledges community is great but it was a little far to drive to Brianhead 2 days in a row. It was a wonderful time as a family. Really enjoyed the Ledges community Thank you

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home situated on the first hole of the Ledges golf course.Beautiful view from the main floor balcony. Lots of room for our group. Easy walk to the pro shop & Fish Rock Grill. However, you can easily hear (from the main floor) the golf announcements for tee times starting at around 7 a.m. and through out the day.

Beautiful View - Short Sleep

Great location. Only a few complaints I have or things that I feel this property is missing. First, the mattress's in the casita and master are terrible. There is no way they are new or anywhere close. I could hear the springs creak and pop multiple times a night when you'd roll over to try and find some comfort. Just terrible mattress's. The kids didn't' complain so I assume the bunks and queens were okay. With the large sitting room downstairs it would be nice if there was a TV down there for the kids, kind of odd that there isn't two TV locations for an occupancy of 16. Other occupancy issues were, no where near enough pots and pans to cook for the amount of people that can stay there. We went to Walmart and bought a big boiling pot and a big fry pan just to get us through the weekend. Additionally, the dining table is a joke. You can house 16 but dining table only seats 6????? A Costco table and chairs were available in the garage and we used them but for $600+ a night I think we could eat on more than a costco table and folding chair. Those are all my negatives. We really had a great trip and none of these things are total deal breakers just don't really feel you get what you pay for. The house is beautiful and clean and appears to be brand new. The back deck is nice. The garage is big and empty, plenty of room for cars and bikes and toys that you bring to STG. The location is great, just far enough from town and really close to Snow Canyon State Park. Due to the mattress quality I probably would not stay here again unless that was addressed. Layout of the house and functionality for a big group works well all except for the dining table and pots/pans issues.

We require higher end furniture here as well as a fully stocked kitchen etc. These items are being addressed. Would definitely rent again. The only thing I would request in the future would be a slightly better stocked kitchen. There wasn't a fry pan which was odd, and some basic spices, zip locks, etc would be helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After an 18mo. Covid pause, it was great to return to the Ledges. We have rented several Ledges homes over the past 5 years. Every home has been very clean, so comfortable and a great relaxing get a way. It's like being "Home, Away from Home". So convenient to everything, but a calm and inviting atmosphere.Love to watch the golfer tee off, attend the "Prime Rib" special at the club. We also attended a live performance at Tuacahn because its so close. As repeat customers, Dan Dekker always gives us 10% discount, but would return without it. Dan, Kimber and the whole management staff make us feel like family. They make the whole process so easy, and always have the rentals in tip top shape. Now that Covid is behind us ? we shall be returning to our favorite "Get a Way". Thanks again for another great time to relax in such a calm, beautiful setting.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and tidy. This house has what you need for a good golf trip. We were able to walk to the pro shop, walk to the grill for breakfast, and walk to the range. We played in Mesquite and Hurricane and this was a good central location.
