Spacious Guest Suite with Private Entrance, Hot tub, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath

Welcome to Littleton! Our beautiful neighborhood is friendly and quiet with easy access to amenities and highways. Enjoy the comforts of home without missing any of the excitement of Denver and the Rocky Mountains.

We recently renovated our guest suite and hope that you love it as much as we do. The suite is essentially its own apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

Our basement-level guest suite offers all of the comforts of home. Separated from the upper level of the house, it contains all of the following purely for guest use.

2 bedrooms - One room offers a king bed, electric fireplace, tv, and sitting area. The other room has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. A pack n play is available.

Living room - Comfy couches and chairs, TV with roku, foosball table, and stylish finishes compliment the open layout. Bins of toys and a variety of board games are available. One couch has a hide-a-bed with a queen sized memory foam mattress inside.

Kitchen - Well stocked with small appliances for basic cooking: fridge and freezer, electric burners, microwave, waffle maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, and crock pot. Dishes, glassware, silverware, and essential cooking tools are all available. Simple breakfast items are provided including cereal, milk, coffee, cream, granola bars, pancake mix, & syrup. We also stock the kitchen with a few local beverage options and microwave popcorn.

Dining - Counter height table with 6 chairs extends if desired for more elbow room. A high chair is available upon request.

Bathroom - Plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and hair dryer are all stocked in the 3/4 bath.

Laundry - High capacity washer and dryer are available with free & clear laundry detergent.

Comfy stay!

My friends and I stayed here and we really enjoyed it. They have thought about everything you might need for a very comfortable stay. The hot tub was nice the living area was nice the bedroom was nice and the bathroom was especially nice. If I was coming back to this area I would definitely stay here again. Amazing stay!

Great house and host! The house had everything you would ever need with recommendations and stocked kitchen. The host was so nice and accommodating letting our family use the backyard. Full fridge, kitchen, laundry room, and amazing game room for the kids. Our boys loved the toys and foosball. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay! My family & I throughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Susan welcomed us on our arrival & wefound snacks & drinks in the kitchen which were greatly appreciated along with the breakfast items. Extremely clean & comfortable with lots of nice touches. My sons enjoyed the foosball table, which is another great feature. If we are back in the Denver area again we will definitely be back again to stay. 🙂

Great little get away! We selected it due to its proximity to Red Rocks. Ended up bringing three adult daughters along. They were comfortable and happy. Thoughtful amenities: Cereal, milk, pancake mix, and granola bars for breakfast. Beer and seltzer in the fridge and an ample amount of K-Cup coffees. Really enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning. Very comfortable. Friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again if occasion provides.

Great little spot

Susan really did a nice job making this basement apartment comfortable and inviting. It was clean, had nice updates and fixtures, and was plenty comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful and the foosball table got a lot of use. The beers and snacks were a great touch and we loved making pancakes in the morning with the provided ingredients! It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. All you could ask for. Thank you!

The property worked great for me in the kids. The value is spot on, beds comfortable, kitchenette had what ya needed, and my kids were obsessed with the chickens and baby chickens in the back yard.. If ya need a quick lay over this is good deal.

Wonderful vacation home

I took my mom and my 3 teenage boys to Colorado for spring break. This rental was the perfect home for our week long trip. Plenty of space, tons of blankets, towels and everything to meet our needs. We enjoyed the hot tub, had everything we needed to cook meals, breakfast was provided, enough for the 5 of us for the week. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was exceptionally clean and felt very safe!

The stay was great and Susan made everythimg so aimple and easy

The place was the perfect size for the 5 of us for 2 nights with the added bonus of a hot tub. This place qas stocked with so many things that are normally not included like breakfat, snacks, seasonings, oil, ziplock bags, local drinks and so much more. We were worried at firat that we may be loud but hopefully we were not Susan was such a great owner and evwn lwt us take the styrofoam cooler for our 14hr deive back home! Will definitely reccomend this place.

Road trip stopover

Our family of 5 (kids age 2-8) stopped for a couple nights on our journey west and had everything we needed! Plenty of little touches to add the cozy factor and the owner was extremely responsive. It was perfect for us!

Home Away From Home

LOVED this property as well as the host. I definitely recommend staying here!! It was the perfect size and comfort for the three of us. The thought and effort that Susan and her family put into organization, decoration, cleanliness, and supplies did not go unnoticed and were very appreciated. She provided bathroom essentials, extra towels and linens, cleaning supplies, and pantry and fridge staples that allowed us time to relax instead of rushing out to the store. They were great with communication and response time! There is a private entrance in the back. There is a walk to get to it but no more than if you stayed at a hotel. Also, just keep in mind, you are under a family. (It seems like you are in your own place and can sometimes forget).We got up and got going everyday we were there so it didn’t bother us at all. Great hosts, amazing place, definitely recommend!!

Our home in Littleton, Colorado is tucked in the quiet neighborhood of Columbine Hills. You would never know that you are a mile from the highway because it's such a peaceful and family-friendly environment. I love that the property is central to the Denver area with such easy access to so many stunningly beautiful natural attractions.

The guest suite is perfectly laid out for families or groups looking for a relaxing place to rest between adventures. It is stocked with a number of entertainment options including board games, a foosball table, toys, and books. The kids will love running around in the spacious backyard while the adults sip a drink on the private deck.
