NUEVO en 2018: pisos nuevos, pantalla plana grande en el dormitorio principal y sala de estar, pintura, muebles, tocadores de baño y decoración.
Hermoso primer piso, frente a la piscina, villa oceanside con una pequeña vista del océano desde el balcón. WIFI GRATUITO. Gran HDTV. Electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y ambiente hogareño.
Tenga en cuenta que reservo de sábado a sábado durante la temporada alta. Por favor, pregunte antes de reservar si quiere más días.
Disfrute viendo a su familia jugar en la piscina mientras disfruta de los rayos del sol desde el balcón extra grande de nuestro condominio Hilton Head frente al mar, frente a la piscina. Si prefieres, puedes caminar por la hermosa playa para buscar estrellas de mar y delfines. La playa está exactamente a 65 yardas de los escalones de la entrada del edificio

Admiral's Row es la sección de 2 dormitorios dentro del Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, un complejo frente al mar, a mitad de la isla entre Palmetto Dunes y Port Royal Plantations. El complejo cuenta con diez canchas de tenis iluminadas, dos piscinas, un bar frente al mar, restaurante, campo de golf cercano, 2 piscinas, parque infantil, gimnasio, programa recreativo para niños, alquiler de bicicletas en el lugar, cerca de restaurantes populares y tiendas.

Muchos de nuestros huéspedes regresan cada año. Estoy seguro de que una vez que lo visites, querrás regresar. Hemos sido dueños de nuestra villa durante veinte años. Este es nuestro hogar lejos de casa. Es una unidad de primer piso con una pequeña vista del océano desde el balcón y directamente en frente de una de las 2 piscinas. Hay estacionamiento para discapacitados con una rampa en el edificio y también un paseo marítimo corto sin pasos hacia la playa. La villa es preciosa y el complejo bien cuidado tiene todas las comodidades que siempre desearías.

We had the most wonderful time at Cathy’s condo in Admiral’s Row!! You can tell a lot of love and care has gone into this home. We especially loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms, and our two little boys loved sleeping in the twin beds. We had no issues at all and Cathy was very helpful in communicating to us pre-check in. We would love to come back here again!!

Quick getaway

The property was older but had a recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The pool was literally steps away and the beach also close. The property offers fishing, pickleball, and lots of bike trails. My 8th grade son had a blast!

Great condo. Great Location. Would stay again. Just watch out for the gators. lol. Owners were great, very quick to respond and answer questions even when I didn’t read check in directions carefully. Love Hilton Head.

Beautiful Condo

Our family visited this resort for the 3rd year in a row, and this time we stayed at this condo. The bathrooms and kitchen had been recently updated and were beautiful. It was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The windows to the bedrooms face a hallway with 24/7 lights on- but the blinds and curtains were perfect and allowed no light to come in. (Where we stayed our first year didn’t have this- we had to hang sheets over the windows). Communication with the host was terrific! Highly recommended.

Warm and Inviting

The condo has been beautifully renovated. We've stayed in many condos at the Beach and Tennis Resort over the last 30 years, and this one was, by far, the best one we've ever stayed at. We will be renting from this owner again.

Wonderful As Always

This condo was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the decor is wonderful, and we felt like we were home. I was apprehensive about being in the first floor, but it was great not having to go up and down stairs constantly, or await for the elevator. We love this resort and would definitely stay in this unit again.

Thank you, Cathy! We had a great time. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. I actually found it way nicer than advertised. The location was perfect! Our kids loved having the nearby pool and it made it easy for us to run back for any forgotten items. I hope you will allow us to come back!!

Always great

This is our third year in Cathy’s condo and everything is always great. Love the pools, especially the one outside of our balcony. You really don’t need to leave the resort if you don’t want to. Our condo is always clean and ready to go. We will be back for a fourth year

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

The condo was updated and very clean! The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked. It is on the first floor, which has some benefits. You can still see the ocean, you only have to climb one set of stairs, and it is right next to the little pool. Our grandsons stayed upstairs, and it was so easy to take them to the little pool. And the big pool is a quick five-minute walk! The beach was even closer. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

HAPPY PLACE

This was our 4th year staying at this property. Everything is great and perfect for a family. The condo is clean and in great shape. Both bathrooms are new and the kitchen is spotless. Every year the owner Cathy is very helpful. This year we had a tropical storm for a couple days and Cathy provided us with any information she heard that would relate to the storm. We love it there. Coffee and books on the patio or hanging poolside after a long day at the beach. It’s just great. We will go back for many years

Great stay!

Fabulous vacation! Beautiful condo! Property Owner went over and beyond to communicate resort events, and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. Condo itself is beautifully furnished with everything we needed for the week. Condo is on the first floor which was great for the 4th of July week and we did not have to use the busy elevator. The walk is an easy one to the ocean. The resort is beautiful and honestly if you wanted to, you could stay all week and never need to leave the property. There are so many things to do! From going to the beach, 2 pools, 2 restaurants and bars, tennis, pickleball, bike rides, alligators to watch, not to mention all the scheduled events. There is something for everyone! I highly recommend.

Beautiful first floor condo

We were impressed with the beautifully decorated condo, loved its colors, pretty curtains, and being on first floor! The amenities provided were stellar--not just toilet paper, but nice bath soaps, paper towels, tissues, extra trash bags, dishwashing liquids,cleaning supplies, and beach toys in the porch storage chest. There was even a Brita water filter under the kitchen sink. The only issue, and the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that the master bedroom seemed pretty humid. We ran a fan in the room which helped, but we couldn't understand why it was so humid in that room.

I am married to Ron, who is just recently retired. We have together four children, nine grand-children and eight great-grand-children.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I bought in Hilton Head before I married Ron. We had visited there and had a wonderful time. Everything was so neat, clean and close to nature. The next year we went to Florida. We had a nice times but decided that it just didn't compare to Hilton Head. I took my life savings and bought the condo and have never regretted it.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We go to relax in the Spring and to do some maintenance in the Fall. While there we always rent bikes and strive to do the entire island by the end of our trip. We love visiting Savannah and always eat at Mrs.Wilkes Boarding House. We love walking the beach in the evening to watch for dolphins . Restaurants are changing all the time on the Island and we like to try out the new ones and then we have favorites that we always visit. Sometimes we go on alligator hunts. They love to lay out in the sun in the Spring. The resort has it's own gator at the lagoon behind the resort's restaurant.
