Beautiful home

Our family of four had a great stay in this Marco Island home. Very clean and very comfortable. All the amenities that you would expect. We loved the quiet neighborhood and peaceful, private pool and patio area. Our kids enjoyed the basketball court too. Very good communication with the property manager! Highly recommended this home if Marco Island is your destination

Peaceful Marco

This house was very clean and had most every amenity needed.The pool area was relaxing and quiet.The house was stocked with just about everything we needed for our vacation and the beds were very comfortable. The newer kitchen was a bonus.

Motorcycle Vacation

The garage was our attraction. We towed 3 motorcycles here to ride south Florida and the keys. A permit for parking the trailer was required by the town but it was easy and FREE. Great property and location.

Perfect for family with teenagers

We enjoyed the amenities, plenty of separate outdoor patios for kids who like their own space, loft was great for older kids, would not want young kids up there with railing spacing and spiral steps, pool was nice. Bikes need some TLC to be usable.

Host Maria is wonderful. Excellent and rapid responses to our requests. A few things could use updating I.e pillows, bed linens ( not a major deal). Kids had a blast on outdoor basketball court. Pool area needs some updating but again, kids had a blast. Would recommend -particularly for shorter stays of 3-4 nights

Marco Island Getaway!

Maria and Arnaldo were fantastic hosts! The home was spotless and more than accommodating for two couples and two teenage boys. The boys had the best time riding around the island on the provided bikes and ending the day with a jump in the pool.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time here. The amenities were great to just stay at the rental or spend a day at the beach. Maria’s communication was seamless and she offered many suggestions on ways to entertain the kids. I would recommend to any larger families or groups.

Amazing experience

The property was awesome and accommodated my family and friends extremely well. The hosts were very responsive and kind during the whole process. House was clean and gave clear instructions for the expectations while staying there! Highly recommend!

Great Stay on Marco Island

We had our kids and each one had a friend that we took to Marco Island. Maria was so responsive and kind every time we contacted her. There were a couple things that came up (such as batteries dying) and Maria was very responsive and addressed the issue immediately. The house is as described and fit our family needs perfectly. Having the pool and basketball hoop for the kids was great. They spent a good chunk of time using both. This gave us the space we needed in a great location. We took the cooler with us to the beach and it worked great. We would have no issue returning to this property and would recommend it to friends if they were looking for a place.

Spacious and Clean House

Great stay. The house was clean, spacious, and had a modern kitchen and family room. It is centrally located with a 5 minute drive from restaurants, beach, and the marinas. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location

Property is spacious with ample outdoor seating and amenities. Location is super quiet, private, and convenient. Host communicated well and responded to our one request immediately. The house needs a good bit of updating. Lamination peeling off cabinets, furniture quite worn, mattresses need replacing on 3 of 4 beds. Loft area with 2 beds has “railing” that is simply painted studs with 16” openings that are pretty dangerous and we wouldn’t let our toddler upstairs with us (where my wife and I slept) because of it. Not sure how an insurance inspection hasn’t resulted in changes to this. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, and the house was indeed very clean and well-stocked with utensils, etc. Host also allowed us to check in just a little bit early, which we appreciated. If mattresses are replaced, railing issue is fixed, and some additional updates are made, we would consider the property again.

Great spot for a group!

We had a nice weekend stay in Marco Island. It was great to have comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, and space for our group to hang out. We had a few questions for the host throughout and she was incredibly responsive and friendly.

Great location

Great location, and we loved having access to the garage and the screened balconies. We wish the weather had been warmer so we could use the unheated pool. Some spaces had recently been renovated and were very beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and it was easy to get in and out. Would stay again!

Family vacation

It was a very nice property with a good central location. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We came with our adult children and their spouses and our granddaughter. Would definitely book again.

Overall we had a really nice stay! This property is nice but could definitely use some upgrades. My boys loved the hoop and the pool and we had fun biking around the island. That being said, I did feel like there seemed to be some disappointing things around every corner, but maybe I should have asked more questions ahead of time. I knew the pool wasn't heated and it was definitely chilly even on the hot days. Also, because of the trees it was very hard to keep clean. There were many pool floats at the house but after going through and blowing up probably 10 of them, only 2 were without holes and able to be used. Similarly there were several chairs and umbrellas we were hoping to use at the beach and all but 2 were broken. The ones that weren't broken were rusty and still covered in sand. There was only one basketball that would hold air. So these things, while they didn't ruin our stay they were disappointing. As far as the inside, there was plenty of space for our family and everything was relatively comfortable. The fan in the master bedroom was broken and the shower in the downstairs bath was so nice and updated but we had a hard time getting nice hot water. There were the basics in the kitchen, mostly what looked liked had been left behind by previous guests. We have stayed at a lot of homes as a family and this one was nice but has so much more potential if given the right attention. Overall nice stay.
