Once inside the home, you'll find the living area with a comfy sofa and a stone clad gas fireplace perfect for quality time and family activities. Newly installed flat panel television can be found mounted to the left.

Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen and dining area with stylish wooden cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen island which the chef of the family will surely enjoy.

Step outside the sliding doors and enjoy the cool breeze and when you're ready to call it a night, you'll have 4 bedrooms to choose from. Two of which are located on the 2nd level including a master suite with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a dual sink, a soaker tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and walk-in closet. Two more bedrooms can be found on the lower level of the house and one has a fun bunk bed for the little ones. A roomy family room is also at this level with a flat-screen TV and fireplace.

A good choice
The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and only a quick 10 min drive for groceries or any other services you might need. Check in was simple. We kept our two cars closed up in the big garage and didn't have to give a second thought to looting bears! With two floors, each having two bedroooms and a living area, it was ideal for our group of three adults and two children. The main bedroom suite is enormous while the secondary one is adequate for a queen bed but it doesn't have a dresser. Our 9 and 7 year old especially loved the two bunk rooms and choosing which room and which bunk level they'd sleep on each night! All of the bathrooms are fine but a few more towels might be needed if you have a large group. Rooms were exceptionally clean and set up efficiently. A large dining table in the open floor plan was also perfect for playing games (bring your own) or added seating to just relax and chat. Note:There are no window coverings in the living areas. The kitchen is modern and the appliances worked well. There's plenty of storage and a big pantry. It could have used a few more dishes and had only one dish towel but that was a minor inconvenience. We visited during an exceptionally hot week. There's no air conditioning but overhead fans worked surprisingly well to help keep the temperature tolerable and there's nice cross ventilation with windows and sliders open during the the cooler evenings. We'd be comfortable recommending this property to our friends.

Home was lovely...
Family and I enjoyed our stay here. The home was just like the pictures. Tasteful and lovely decor. Comfortable and spacious. Felt just like home away felm home. I tend to be selective about where we stay so this one was great. We stayed here with my Family which consisted of my Husband and our two Teen Boys. We had two other relatives on my Husband's side who came for 2 of 4 days that we were there to enjoy Tahoe with us. It was our first time visiting. There was more than enough room and space for us all. I have no complaints. The only thing missing in the kitchen were wash cloths, hand towels and oven mits. I dont know if that was not something provided or if the cleaners didn't replace so we had to use the towels from the bathroom and our own. Just a heads up. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this home. Felt like a lot of thought was put into designing the home. The neutral palate was very soothing in the home.

It was a 2 year old building which we loved. There was only two things that we didn’t care for, one was the master bedroom mattress which was memory foam mattress that was extremely uncomfortable and the second issue was there was dust in the master bedroom. Overall we really liked the house.

Great House
You can’t go wrong with this house (other than remember there is no air conditioning). The owner did a wonderful job with the layout and decor. We had 2 adults, two 14 year olds, two 11 year olds and a 4 year old in the party and never once felt crowded. The bedrooms were spacious and included a castle bunk bed for the little one. The master bedroom was large with a nice walk in closet. The master bath was also large with plenty of room for two. There is one guest bathroom upstairs and a shared bathroom downstairs. The kitchen included everything you would need to prepare family meals. The house had an enormous garage to park a large suv and store all the bikes. We actually rented a trailer for this trip to bring up all the bikes (it’s now about e-bikes for the teens, don’t get me started 🙇). The house was a little further from the lake then where we normally stay, but in either case we were required to drive, so a couple of extra minutes was worth the upgraded house. There are bike paths to get you every where you need as well. They made this house so easy to Vrbo. With a code to get in, the Wi-Fi was simple to connect to, and using the tv was easy (none of this 4 remote or custom programmed remote fiasco. Just connect a Amazon tv with a single, simple remote set up). I would seriously consider Vrbo’ing this house next year. Great job on the house!
