This was perfect for 10 ladies who take a trip every year! We mostly enjoyed the outdoor space. The kitchen and family room was perfect also. Beds were comfy and having the multiple bathrooms was very nice.

We had a great time at your house! We loved swimming and playing games in the backyard! It was great to be in walking distance to Fashion Square! My teenage daughters especially liked that!

WOW!!!!! We were in town for my son's wedding. This house was perfect. It was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the amenities, especially the pool table, ping pong table, cornhole and the pool. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone coming into town with a large family. Also close to downtown Scottsdale which was a plus. I would absolutely rent this property again.

AMAZING house!

I can't not recommend this house enough. It was large enough for our group to spread out but cozy enough for us to come together for dinners, drinks by the pool and lazy breakfasts on the patio. You can't go wrong staying here.

Sunny Days and lots of space

Our group had a great time at the house. The pool was lovely, the beds were comfy and the location near Old Town was perfect for us.

The house is layed out nicely. The amenities forCooking and dining are excellent. My only suggestion is to upgrade bedding and toFix the broken middle sliding door out to the pool. We will consider this property again in the future. The house management was very responsive as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property! The location was perfect to walk to Old Town. The layout of the house worked perfectly and we enjoyed the pool and outdoor living space!

This house was perfect for a couples trip with multuple comfortable bedrooms with their own attached bathrooms. The pool and outdoor space was perfect. The location was nice being close to the fashion district and Old Town. Any small issue we had, the host was very responsive and took care of it.

He wanted something close to downtown Scottsdale so we could go to Scottsdale Stadium and establishments in the area. This home was excellent!

Perfect spot for a moms weekend away. We walked to all our reservations. Great location, beautiful house. Had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.

We had 12 adults comfortably for a golf trip. The house was super clean and we walked into town for dinner. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Sunny Daze in Old Town

Great stay at Sunny Daze in Old Town. The pics accurately highlight the house and surroundings. It was well appointed and we had a lot of fun with the pool table, ping pong and swimming pool. Highly recommend.

Great stay, overall. The host did a fabulous job with communication before, during, and after the stay. The home is centrally located, which is convenient. It's on a busy street, creating a bit of a challenge for pulling in/out of the driveway. The floorplan is amazing! Spacious rooms throughout, and flanked with 2 large primary suites. There's plenty of room for a large group.The big back yard is nice. We made good use of the small arcade room; ping pong table; and pool table.

Great house!

This was a perfect house for a few couples to enjoy a trip in Scottsdale! Almost every room had their own private bathroom which was very nice! The common area was great for everyone to relax and hangout in. Very clean and nice!

Sunny Daze

Great lay out for a family stay. Lots of space with extra bathrooms. Nice pool, patio and yard area. Had a problem with dishwasher/ disposal. Very responsive management, sent a tech out and repaired it the next day. Would stay again.
