Barn Life is like no other place in Concan

Unique floor plan master suite downstairs and a large upstair loft and computer area. Master bedroom has a private restroom with blue-tooth connection while you shower. Second bath has a separate blue-tooth connection as well while you shower.
Upstairs you will find 6 queen beds 1 bunk bed set full size beds & a 1/2 bath
There is also a kids area with a Futon bed and TV gaming Consoles with an Amazon Prime stick.

We will be providing river access to our guest on FM 1120 a 2 car maximum

Perfect

This spot is great. Sleeping arrangements were great and if plenty. The kitchen was great. The ambiance outside at night was perfect. Wake up to wildlife at your back door. We will stay again!

Overall great I environment, one refrigerator wasn’t cooling and there is no handicap accesible

This place was beautiful very open we had a great time. One thing I suggest is to put handicap accesibles for our handicap people and elderly people in the bathrooms.

Amazing Getaway!

The photos didn’t do this place justice! We loved our weekend trip. Every day, all day, we had deer walking up on the property. It was very quiet and sat behind other properties so we still had privacy outside too. No Verizon cell service, but great wifi (if you need it). Even though the frío was too low to float, we plan to go back and stay here again. Darryl and Veronica even stopped by to introduce themselves when they saw us at Rock Island - GREAT hospitality and responsiveness.

Concan 2022

Property met all of our expectations. House was clean and roomy. Nice grilling area. Had to give Bar B Q grill a heavy duty cleaning by hand(without a shovel) because previous guest left it extremely dirty and with ashes in all compartments. River was low, but, owner had another property(Rock Island) with plenty of water and very accommodating. Owners were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely rent and highly recommend this rental. Thank you Daryl and Veronica. The Garza Family

Absolutely perfect for what we needed! We had a bachelorette party and the outside seating and little bar was PERFECT!! Absolutely beautiful and super the owners are super fast and responding!

Great barn!

Veronica was great at answering my questions! The barn was fantastic for our large party. We enjoyed the fire pit, the sitting area. It had all we needed in the kitchen. I would just suggest a new can opener we had quite the time getting it to work. We were even allowed to enter earlier than the check in time but we didn’t but Veronica was great at letting us know in advance. We spent most of our trip at the barn hanging out & playing games. We had enough room to spread out inside and out.

All Good Things

Our 2nd trip to Barn Life and it did not disappoint!! Had a group of 18 college students, and this house was simply amazing. Daryl and Veronica were extremely responsive and accommodating through our entire stay. Kitchen was equipped with EVERYTHING we needed, and we loved hanging out and grilling in the backyard. This house is absolutely perfect for large groups, everyone was comfortable and had plenty of sleeping room. We could not have asked for better hosts, or house for our group. I would recommend this house to anyone planning a trip to the Frio.

FANTASTIC PROPERTY to stay with FAMILY for Frio Trip!

The pictures don't do this property justice... it is SUPER adorable. We would have appreciated a washer/dryer during the stay, but everything else was fantastic! Great indoor / outdoor visiting areas for a bunch of people and / or families with kids. Highly recommend staying here!

Hope we get to stay here next year again!

My friends and I stayed here to float the river and all hang out after being apart and it was perfect! So so much fun! The owners are the sweetest and most welcoming people! We got a lot of use out of the backyard at night time. This place is perfect for entertaining and hanging out with good friends! So many memories made at this house would be so happy and excited to stay again!

Summer Trip

This place was simply AMAZING. Not only was the house exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed, Veronica and Daryl went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time during our stay. They checked up on us frequently and made us feel at home. We will be coming back and staying here again. Wonderful home, location and great owners. Would recommend to anyone to coming to the frio, we had a wonderful experience.

It was and amazing project and the house if filled with fun features. The center island is a great place to eat and just hang out, it just makes everyone want to participate in meal preparation. The induction oven is great to protect little hands from reaching and getting an unwanted burn, since it stays cool to the touch.

We really enjoy listing to our favorite music when we are taking a shower, both have colored lighting as well
