Located just minutes from the crystal-clear Frio River, this spacious Concan rental is ideal for families, reunions, and large groups. The property includes a covered carport plus additional parking, making it easy to accommodate multiple vehicles.

This Concan TX vacation home features a split-level floor plan designed for comfort and privacy. Guests love the large covered deck, one of the best spots to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. For extra seclusion, a short walk up the hillside leads to the private observation deck, perfect for enjoying scenic Hill Country views and unforgettable Texas stargazing.

Linens & Towels Policy
To help keep rental rates affordable, linens and towels are not provided. Guests are required to bring their own or rent linens and towels for an additional fee with advance notice. If linens and towels are rented, sheet and towel sets will be placed at the end of each bed prior to arrival. Linen availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please submit your request at least three weeks prior to arrival.
Linen Rental Pricing
King, Queen, & Full beds: $24 + tax per bed (includes two towel sets)
Twin beds: $12 + tax per bed (includes one towel set)
(towel set includes wash cloth, hand towel & bath towel)

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
