Our stay at Modern Marvel in New Orleans from August 6-10, 2026 was our first time using Vrbo and we must say our stay exceeded our expectations from beginning to our final night. From the seamless check-in to the modern accommodations in each room, we were satisfied during our entire stay. The rooms were very clean and inviting and the kitchen had all appliances and utensils needed to make our stay enjoyable. The hosts are very friendly and most accommodating - giving tips and suggestions for places to eat and sites to visit while in New Orleans. We will stay here on future trips to New Orleans and will recommend to friends and family members, as well.

We loved this very comfortable and well decorated home. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It is perfectly located close to the Frenchman street nightlife and great restaurants. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming. We will stay here again. Thank you!

This was a great house in walking distance to Bourbon St. and French Quarter. Located in a quaint neighborhood with lots of localbars and restaurants. Beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable beds, and a nice patio in the back. Host provides many essentials for convenience. Highly recommend.

Modern Marvel was fantastic. The location was perfect! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go and there are so many wonderful restaurants and of course the French Quarter. The nightlife on Frenchmen St is a short walk away. The airB&B is beautiful. The beds were really comfortable and the amenities plentiful. We would definitely stay there whenever we return to New Orleans!

We had a great stay (family with two teens). The home was clean, comfortable, with thoughtful amenities. Location was perfect - we walked a lot - the French quarter and Frenchmen street both easily reached from the home. We also walked to the street car. The hosts were helpful with tips and making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The hosts were proactive with communication and were invested in our having a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance to jazz clubs on Frenchmen St, the French Quarter and the French Market. The unit was clean, well stocked and felt secure with a locked courtyard. My only suggestion is that it could use some artwork on the walls. It has a stark and industrial feel.

What a fabulous location, with a lovely home, walking distance from cafes, bars, and the Market, yet super quiet. The home is updated, clean, comfortable, and secure. We'd definitely stay again!
