Lower walk out also includes a full bathroom and living area with queen memory foam sleeper sofa, 70” smart TV, Blu-ray player, additional HDMI cable, wet bar with frozen margarita machine, dartboard, and gaming table that seats 8. Plus, a wraparound deck with Adirondack chairs for relaxation and conversation!

Home features an entertainment system with speakers in master, main living area, and two areas on the deck. You can play radio, CD’s, or connect your phone via Bluetooth to play your playlist! This makes a perfect entertaining area on the deck, with large dining table that seats up to 10, and comfortable conversation area that seats 8.
