Solana Resort in Davenport is one of the most popular gated communities for holiday makers to the Orlando Walt Disney World area. The resort has a clubhouse including convenience store, gym, crazy golf course and a tiki bar!


This very spacious 5 bedroom 4 bathroom has room for everyone! The family space is large and open plan with a well equipped kitchen for all of your self catering needs. It has a formal dining area, and a kitchen nook dining area, comfortable sofas in the living room to unwind and watch TV.

A pool table and air hockey table for the holiday games is available to you in the garage of the home along with a washer and dryer.

The pool area boasts a West facing pool deck with a good sized lanai to shade yourself from the day of sunshine should you need to escape the Florida sun. A large pool that can be heated upon request is the perfect way to spend the day with the family on a down day from the parks and all of Central Floridas attractions.

Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. These can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours prior to arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.
Please also note that there are parking restrictions on this community. The driveway for this home accommodates 2 cars comfortably, there is a limit to 4 cars per household. If you have more than four cars, they must be parked outside the gated community. No unregistered, inoperable, commercial, bus, trailer, RV or boat is allowed. No parking on any grass, sidewalk or curbing. Parking pass must be visible at all times.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.
