Nuestro centro de St. Augustine Guest House te pone en el corazón de la ciudad. Estamos ubicados en el distrito histórico en una calle llena de arboles y secreta, a solo unos minutos caminando puedes encontrar excelentes restaurantes, sitios históricos, tiendas en St. George Street y todas las atracciones. Francis Field, donde se celebran la mayoría de los festivales, está a 2 minutos caminando. Creemos que es el lugar perfecto para visitar y recorrer la Ciudad Antigua, y luego caminar o andar en bicicleta para relajarse y recargar energías después de un largo día. Nuestro patio ahora cuenta con limoneros, higueras y naranjos. ¿Te apetece una barbacoa? Tenemos una nueva parrilla de gas en nuestro patio privado y un altavoz bluetooth BOSE que puede acompañarlo afuera.
¡Sus anfitriones han pensado en todo, ya que son anfitriones expertos de 5 estrellas! La casa "más nueva" estará decorada con muebles Sticks, cabeceras y escritorio Shoestring Creations y la decoración de Mackenzie Childs en todas partes. Coleccionar y exhibir arte local es un pasatiempo serio de ambos anfitriones. We love our neighbors and are in a residential neighborhood and ask that our guests respect a quiet time between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
We have off-street parking at the side of the house for 2 cars. The public parking lot is a 5-minute walk. No parking on Loring Street.
We want you to feel at home and have provided you with a BBQ and a Fire Pit. Please clean up after use.

The Guest House is a lovely place to spend some time in St. Augustine! The property was relaxing, spacious, beautifully decorated, and well equipped for our stay. The location is quiet, but easily walkable to the Visitors Center, Trolley, etc. The owners kept in contact throughout our initial reservation and stay.

We have stayed in a number of VRBOs, and have to say that this property stood out! We loved the decor, great appliances, well-appointed rooms, and the feeling of home.Everything in the house was very clean, fresh-feeling, and was clearly labeled. The owners were super responsive and friendly, and are definitely VRBO all-stars!Very easy walk to the Old Town of St Augustine, and had parking which was a major plus.We would 100% plan a trip around this particular property's availability if we need to return to St Augustine again.

The hosts, David and Wendy went above and beyond expectations. The home is very well equipped with absolutely everything you need and more. Personally I enjoyed the Keurig Coffee maker and listening to Frank on the Victrola. The home is also within walking distance of many of the popular sights of St. Augustine.

A Treasure Chest in the City

Every inch of this home felt like a gift. From the eclectic beachy artwork to the thoughtful extras tucked into every corner, it was clear the hosts poured love and care into every detail. Close to Everything!

We spent a week in this property as a family of four with two teenagers. It was centrally located within walking distance to many of the to-do’s in St Augustine. The house was well appointed with all necessities and even had many extras that were extremely useful and enjoyable, like the record player and Bluetooth speakers. The living room was perfect for relaxing after a hot day out walking the historic district and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This house was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners have truly thought of everything that you might need while on vacation and then some. The location was perfectly located close to all of the attractions but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a quiet, relaxing stay. We can’t wait to stay here again next time we visit St. Augustine.

Wonderful stay

My family came into St. Augustine for Memorial Day weekend. The property is in a charming historic area with an easy walk to the old center of the city. The check in was simple and the communication from the owners was excellent. The house was comfortable for our family, and we’d definitely stay again.

Best Ever Home We've Stayed In

This home is extremely charming and very well decorated. It was spacious and comfortable. The owners were extremely responsive to a couple of questions we had for them. They really thought of everything. Even supplies of often forgotten items were provided in the bathroom like toothpaste etc. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. Its just a short walk to the fort and St. George Street. We would definitely want to stay again.

Fabulous Home Away From Home

We absolutely love this home - it was our 4th visit. When we arrive, everything is just as it should be. Lovely back yard to sit outside and enjoy beautiful weather. This home is charming and Doug and Wendy are terrific hosts. We will definitely be back!

Charming home in walkable neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at the Artisan Cottage! Wendy and David were marvelous hosts. The home was very clean and had more supplies and amenities than we could have anticipated. The decor was fun, charming and eclectic. The communication with our hosts was great. The home was a 10 to15 minute walk to historical St. Augustine. There was excellent on-site parking. We would highly recommend the Artisan Cottage to anyone visiting St. Augustine!

Beautiful House in a Great Location!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Amazing location (St. George St. is only about 8-10 min walk!) and a beautiful home with all you could need. They provide all the essentials so you don't need to go out and buy little things you may have forgotten, including spices, foil, toothpaste, etc. My kids (9 and 12) loved playing cornhole outside and sitting by the firepit listening to music in the evening! We had an issue with the microwave where it ended up dying on our 3rd night. The owners responded SUPER quick and sent out a countertop one for us to use (within 1-2 hours!) until they could replace the over the stove one. Their response time is great and they're super easy to work with. I wish they owned properties in more locations :) lolWould 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, but CLOSE property to downtown.

Birthday weekend getaway

This charming house was the perfect place to celebrate some milestone birthdays with friends! The colorful decor, little details like trays filled with toiletries that you might’ve forgotten to pack, the accent lighting, and fire pit out back, and the well-stocked kitchen all made for a comfortable stay! The quiet neighborhood, big trees, and a short walk to the historic district made this the perfect weekend getaway! Thank you Wendy and David!

Best location in St Augustine

We were greeted to a beautiful home and incredible hosts. The house is immaculate and the location is close enough to walk anywhere and yet secluded enough to be able to relax away from the partiers. The hosts made sure we knew they were available if we needed them but, not intrusive.We could not have found a better place to call home base while we enjoyed St Augustine.

Wendy and I are professional entrepreneurs running TeamBonding, a fun and challenging corporate event company. We live most of the year outside of Boston in the town of Sharon, MA overlooking Lake Massapoag in our empty-nesting house. In 2021 we stayed in St Augustine from January through March in this house and we loved it so much, we bought another vacation rental just a few blocks away so we could come down more often.

We were busy in 2022 and early 2023 working on our dream reno project. We took an existing warehouse and turned it into an artsy industrial vacation rental. It's a combination of art and an industrial vibe!

We chose this neighborhood because during a business trip to Amelia Island, we ventured on a one hour and fifteen-minute drive to St. Augustine while it was beautifully adorned for the Nights of Lights. We instantly fell in love with the town, and the fact that it was celebrating its 450th anniversary during our visit made it even more special. Before this trip, we were not even aware of the existence of St. Augustine. Intrigued by the charm and history of the place, we embarked on a house-hunting journey but couldn't find the right fit at first. Therefore, we decided to rent the Original St. Augustine Guest House on Hypolita Street until early 2020. Surprisingly, shortly after this rental, we stumbled upon and purchased the house on Loring Street, which we hold a deep affection for and are confident you will too.
