On a relaxing stroll around the block you’ll discover the cutest neighborhood café, Camilles, which is directly across from the Hutchinson Street beach entrance. At this entrance you'll find covered picnic tables, clean restrooms and complimentary beach service provided by Beach Oasis! No need to worry about packing the bulky beach stuff... in the large, attached garage you'll find a beach wagon, extra chairs and pool noodles. Your toes will be in the sand in no time!

The interior of Beach Oasis will wow your senses as well with her light and airy colors and updated furnishings throughout! French doors and windows line the back of the house allowing plenty of natural light to recharge you during your stay. The newly renovated kitchen makes being in the kitchen fun again and the great room is spacious with plenty of room to make memories with friends and family on game nights or even holiday dinners with plenty of seating!

When it’s finally time to get some shut eye, even your mother-in-law will approve because Beach Oasis' bedrooms have updated furnishings and fresh color palettes that will put a smile on her face (and the faces of those with even the most discerning taste).

Parking available for up to 3 vehicles depending on size (includes garage). There is no additional parking available in the neighborhood, and on-street parking is prohibited by the HOA.

Pool heating (Available Oct-May) may be added for $60 per day plus tax, and must be purchased for entire length of stay.

POOL DIMENSIONS ARE 12X24 WITH A MAXIMUM DEPTH OF 4 FEET.

PET FEE IS $300 PLUS TAX. A MAXIMUM OF 2 *ADULT* DOGS ALLOWED – EACH 25LBS OR LESS. Inquire about larger dogs.
