A $1,000 security deposit is required 14 days prior to arrival.
Booking Terms and Conditions:
Photo ID with residential address is required within 24hrs of making a booking.
Noise restrictions, age restrictions and a strict Code of Conduct applies to all holiday houses in Yarrawonga. The Managing Agents have zero tolerance with regard to breeches of the Short Term Holiday Accommodation Code of Conduct. Call out fees apply and repeat breeches will result in the eviction of all guests from the property.
- The property has noise-aware alarms which notify the owner and guest if music is unreasonably loud.
- This property is fitted with an external cameras on the facade of the home, front door and the back of the home, which are recording movements into and out of the home.
Due to our high standard of holiday accommodation, we do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations.
This excludes family bookings travelling with children.
1. Outdoor areas including the swimming pool, lake jetty, outdoor decking and balconies are not to be used between 11.00pm to 7.00am.
2. Disturbances to neighbours including parties, loud music and yelling, heard at anytime, might lead to eviction and forfeiture of your bond.
Cancellation Policy:
(1) Standard Booking Cancellation Policy:
Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the Property Specific Terms and Conditions. Variations in terms are reflective of noise restrictions, swimming pools, pets and on-site parking.
Booking Cancellation Policy:
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 28 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let the property.
Cancellation of the booking by the client, deposits are non refundable unless the property is re-let for the entire period for equal value. If the property is re-let, the guest may have a credit for future bookings, or request a refund.
If a refund is requested, then a $110 administration fee will apply. Please note the 2% merchant fee and the 4% booking fee is non-refundable. The advertised nightly rack rate is the amount refunded.
Should a cancellation notice be given for a peak period booking, or a booking with less than 28 days notice, then a $250 refund administration fee will apply.
Waterfront Holiday Houses are Managing Agents and the office hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday. Email and phone requests to change bookings will be responded to during these hours of operation only.
Please note, in the event where the security bond was paid in advance, this will be returned within 7 days without an administration fee.
