Enjoy your own private home right on the Gulf with breathtaking and exquisite sunset views of the Gulf of Mexico and direct access to miles of beautiful beaches from right in your private back yard.
You’re invited to come and swim, surf, fish, paddle board, kayak, bike or simply relax in this 2 bedroom 2 bath ground level home which has spectacular gulf front views. The unit will be appointed with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. This private home has a master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two full size bed that will lull you to sleep each night.
There is a screened in gulf front porch with spectacular, unobstructed, pristine views of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit overlooks the gulf and offers a serene setting with waves crashing onto your own private beach just steps from your door.
Walk to nearby restaurants or have a cook-out on the included charcoal barbecue
Manasota Key is known for its lush vegetation and white sandy beaches just off the coast of Englewood. Kayaking, jet skiing, snorkeling, parasailing and various other activities are available on this quaint island. Its location is within comfortable driving distance to Sarasota, Tampa, and Fort Myers. Sarasota airport is closest (45 mins.) Fort Meyers airport is an hour and 20 mins. Tampa airport is an hour and 40 mins. Sarasota and Tampa have the best car rental rates.
NO NEED TO LUG MAJOR ITEMS TO THIS UNIT. Beach umbrellas and chairs are available. We have plenty of beach towels and you'll need to make a day at the beach comfortable. Just ASK before you come to see if we have it!

Lovely stay right on the beach!

Perfect place for my husband and I. Beautifully decorated and cozy. Loved the screened in porch and the private beach area! Just about anything you could need was available. Loved the quiet location. Several restaurants within a short walk. ❤️❤️❤️

Great Location

We enjoyed out stay in Casa Tortuga last week. The house is in a great location on a private beach that connects to the state park, we appreciated having the beach without the crowds. There was great shelling and we founds lots of shark teeth. Although the house is older, it is obviously well loved and well kept. The appliances and pots and pans were updated and high end as well as the linens. The furnishings were peaceful and comfortable, we enjoyed watching the sunset from the Adirondack chairs every night. The house was also well stocked with all of the necessary household supplies. There was construction right next door which we did not expect, but we are only a few months out from the hurricane so that is understandable. We hope to return after the house next door has been completed!

Just Zen!

This was the most relaxing and zen VRBO we have ever stayed in. The beach was so soothing from the teak chairs and mesmerizing at sunset. We ventured to Gasparilla Island State Park and at the end of the key saw hundreds of tarpon leaping and feeding of on schools of small fish running through the pass, it was spectacular!! But, the other days we were happy eat freshly made grouper ceviche in the fully equipped kitchen on the beach with margarita's in hand! Truly one of the best beach vacations we have ever taken. This location cannot be beat!

Absolutely Fabulous

We have vacationed in March in Florida for over 15 years. This location is my favorite! Quiet & clean while close to everything! The house is well furnished - you need for nothing! Perfect vacation!

Perfect choice!

This house was ideal for our vacation. The house itself is set up perfectly with everything needed for a week on the water from chairs and umbrellas overlooking the beach and sunsets, king bed that is a dream, great kitchen, screened-in porch, lovely bathrooms. We couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!
