Above Hacienda | Waterfront I Pool & Spa with Slide I Pickleball I Playscape

The Hacienda Estate on Lake Austin by ABOVE Vacation Residences is a stunning custom home on over 1 acre of lakefront land with a backyard oasis featuring a beautiful, huge pool with hot tub, swim up bar and pool slide next to the outdoor kitchen, pickleball court and lakeside "beach." Boasting designer touches, Hacienda has 7 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms full of natural light and multiple sitting areas. The open floorplan includes an oversized dining table, large family-style sectional and gourmet kitchen. Property also includes a boat dock and theater-style media room. This property is regularly set for 20 guests with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Upon approval, we will set the home for up to 26 guests using luxury Frontgate bed-height air mattress beds with foam toppers. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip may be available by approval and with a fee.

Cleaning Standards: We follow strict CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, focusing on high-touch areas.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

Pets: Pets are not allowed at this property.

Great get away

Fabulous pool saved our lives when temps reached 100 degrees! Great for all ages. We enjoyed beach area at the lake’s edge as well. Nice spacious bedrooms and plenty of room for all. House manager was a great asset

We missed a couple of trips due to CoVid so it was great to have a fantastic property like the Hacienda to host our reunion. Everybody loved the River access and the amenities that the home offered.We could pick a few nits, but the management team did an excellent job.

The many small things that went wrong added up to be something that could not be overlooked. The amenities the house offers are great if they all worked as they should have worked. The house and grounds should have been kept more clean given the cost per night to stay at the house. The house manager was great and she did as much as she could to get things fixed.

The Best Family Weekend Trip Ever!

Let me start off by saying this was the BEST TRIP our BIG family has ever taken. We had 19 people (10 adults and 9 children) stay 3 nights in this wonderful property. There was something for everyone to do and we NEVER LEFT THE PROPERTY for 3 days! It was amazing. From pickleball/basketball court, to paddleboarding, to a pool with a slide, to a movie room, to swimming at the lake and having a beach access for the kids to easily get in and play in the sand, to countless TVs and space for each individual family to have privacy...the list goes on and on. The house is fully stocked with whatever you need to cook, and feel like its your very own home for the weekend. Our property manager Theresa was INCREDIBLE. She answered any questions and would text back immediately if we had any. Her sweet nature and awesome attitude made us feel even more at home! We were very thankful to have this extra touch. Not to mention we were in touch with Sean the weeks leading up to the trip and was just so helpful. The house was VERY clean, spacious, enough space for everyone to have their own privacy if needed, and truly an amazing trip for all ages (from 1 to 70). The location on the lake is perfect for families with kids, it is more quiet than being on the lake side of lake travis. We felt comfortable here with the kids swimming and having the time of their lives. We will be booking this house for our next family get together. The memories created here will never be forgotten.

BEST house!

Rented house for a girls getaway weekend. The house is amazing!! The owners have thought of everything possible for their guests. Not only was the house 5 star. The rental company that manages the home. Hands down they are 10000% the BEST ever. Someone greeted me at check in and was there to help answer any questions etc during our stay. Definitely a 5 star home and 5 star staff to help along the way. Cannot say enough positive things about the property and the management. Beyond impressed!!!!
