Wonderful modern holiday home on the beach with glorious sea views, in the prestigious Pines area of Matarangi.

This stylish, contemporary, 4 bedroom beach house is set on one level and will sleep 2/3 families and up to 14 guests. All modern amenities are included: heat pump, dishwasher, microwave, waste-master, washing machine & dryer, indoor/outdoor beanbags, outdoor furniture & sun shade umbrella, Sky Sports TV and stereo system with internal and external zones for playing music. Download the Sonos app on your phone and join our Sonos. The living room and bunkroom both feature a large TV. There is an extensive DVD collection available and a shelf full of family games and puzzles for your enjoyment.

The property is on 2330sqm of land in a forest setting, with a large, flat, front lawn with an outside shower. The 4.5km beach is 60m from the front lawn and can be seen across the foreshore reserve. The golf course is a 2 minute walk away and access to private tennis courts is across the road.

The house features a central open plan living with 2 wings either end, one with master & ensuite, twin bedroom and laundry and outdoor shower access. The other end with super king bedroom, 8 bed bunk room, separate w/c and bathroom, featuring a large corner bath. The master, superking bed, living & kitchen areas all enjoy uninterrupted sea views. You will fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to birdsong.

All linen is provided. This includes bath, hand and beach towels including bath mats and tea towels. The bedding is quality 100% cotton. We aim to supply toilet paper and kitchen roll plus hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your stay.

There are pantry basics of tea, salt, sugar and flour. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster, platters, boards, coffee plunger, Nespresso capsule machine, blender, crockery, cutlery, water and wine glasses, plus plenty of tea towels and dish cloths. The 10 seater dining table is perfect for family meals, board games and jigsaw puzzles, (both of which there are plenty to choose from).

There is good cell phone connection at the house and there is complimentary unlimited fibre.

We take great care of our large, flat, front lawn which is perfect for outdoor fun and games. Refrain from taking shots from it, instead take advantage of the world class 18-hole course, just minutes away. Access to private tennis courts is across the road, the combination code will be provided.

Whilst we understand the house and our beautiful front lawn is an ideal wedding venue, we do not allow these under any circumstances. Further more no tent or similar structure is to erected unless approved prior.
