Other Things to Note:

- The main guest must be at least 21 years old to book the property.

- This rental cannot be used for events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

- Guests will receive 2 access cards for the resort amenities. If lost or misplaced, a fee of $80 per card will be deducted from the security deposit (not applicable for Airbnb bookings). Please return the cards to their original location at check-out.

- A security deposit may be placed on your card before or at check-in, and will be released after your stay, provided all terms are met (not applicable for ABB).

- Florida law prohibits keeping open food in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each stay. Condiments, coffee grounds, etc., are not provided, but can be purchased at nearby supermarkets.

- We provide essentials like paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, and shampoo upon arrival. These will not be replenished, please buy what you need at the nearby supermarket. We don't provide washcloths.

- Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- If you move any furniture, please return it to its original position.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo. Recreational drugs are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted. Illegal activities are prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please be mindful of your neighbors and avoid loud music after 10 pm.

- Only the number of guests listed in the reservation is permitted. No tents or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.

- Guests are responsible for damages incurred during the stay or extra cleaning required.

- Renters may be asked to provide a government ID at check-in or during their stay.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises.
