47 Perry is conveniently located one block from the CBD. Park the car and stroll to cafes, shops, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. The apartment is perfect for couples, families and business travellers.

47 Perry has been styled with warmth and comfort. Enjoy the ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, soft luxurious towels and warm cosy beds fitted with bamboo sheets and electric blankets in the colder months.

Share stories, enjoy a drink and a barbeque in the private outdoor courtyard or relax on the front verandah and watch the world go by.

Get comfortable on the lounge and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. Play an entertaining board games, connect to the free wifi, read a book or watch the telly.

The kitchen is complete with a coffee machine and all the essentials should you wish to dine in. The kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the fridge. You will also find some complimentary treats to enjoy with your cuppa.

The bathroom has all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, a hair dryer and toilet paper.

Should you wish to do some laundry, the cottage is equipped with a washing machine (including liquid capsules), dryer, iron and ironing board.

Parking is available at the rear of the cottage and on the street.

Short and long term rates are available on request.

Spent a few lovely days in Mudgee at 47 Perry. Accomodation was cosy, spotless and perfect for a couple to relax in. Close enough to town for restaurants and shops but very quiet Highly recommended

Weekend break

Lovely cottage, in a great location (walking distance to all the cafes, pubs and restaurants). Spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen. One tiny downside There is a little road noise but nothing a pair of ear plugs couldn’t manage. We had a great stay and would definitely rebook next time.

Excellent stay

We had 4 nights in Mudgee at these lovely cottages and highly recommend this for a family or couple. The cottages are cosy, clean, well stocked and close to many restaurants and pubs. We will stay again soon. Thank you

Great location

We came for the Mudgee classic bike ride and this place was perfect. Central to everything in town and the ride. We were originally going to bring our dogs but for anyone considering it this yard was one of the few places I have ever stayed at where the yard was secure enough for dogs to not get out.

Grest location, everything you need in house no need to take anything. Comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend. Will be returning.

Christmas Stay

Everything was perfect. We appreciated the small touches, such as the treats and other food items. It was a lovely, well-appointed home, all you could want in accommodation in Mudgee and Margaret was a most helpful, warm and friendly host.

Cute little cottage

I went with friends for a winter weekend, and was so happy at the coziness, cleanliness and overall comfort. Margaret was prompt with all messages, The whole process was easy. Definitely recommended.

Excellent location in easy walking distance to shops restaurants, bars. Clean and neat, very comfortable beds and we loved the fireplace. Would have been nice to have the option of 2 single beds in one of the rooms instead of the double. Loved having 2 separate lock boxes with 2 sets of keys.
