A Wonderful Vacation

My family and I rented Michaels lovely house. They had everything we needed to make our summer vacation a great one. The pool and spa made the days and nights the best. The home was very spacious, the bedrooms were perfect for all of us. I just want to thank you for sharing your home with us.

Awesome Property

My family and I had a great stay. The management team was very responsive. The house was clean. Only had one minor issue and it was resolved quickly and they were very kind in offering a way to make it up to me. Will stay here again. They welcome basket was a very thoughtful and nice touch. Neighborhood is excelkent.

Absolutely great

Mike & Michelle are super host. We got Orlando in early morning and Mike coordinated my schedule. Plus, he asked his neighbor to checked and make sure my access code was correct while he was in UK. Very thoughtful. When we got there, the pool was heated already. I always got response from Mike. Mike either called back or emailed back to my questions. This place has 5 bed rooms and total 6 bath rooms. Due to covi , we did not visit theme parks, but did visit Display Spring, Tempa clear beech, Coca beach, Silver spring park, blue spring park, Celebration town… The house has a lot sun light. It is pretty to look out in the early morning. I extended by stay twice. Thanks Mike & Michelle.

Perfect stay

The villa is spacious and feels luxurious. There's plenty of room to spread out. The pool is lovely and the hot tub was a welcomed surprise. It feels very safe and quiet. The drive to International Drive is quite busy but we did it daily as we had family.staying there,it wasn't a problem. The supermarket is close by only 5 mins but we had lots of items delivered. We will be back for sure.

Highly Recommend

This house was perfect for our family of five, with room to spare! We enjoyed the pool/spa and the games in the garage. The location is great for getting in the parks or just staying in. Convenience stores, restaurants, groceries all just a short drive away.

Florida Vacation

Property was as advertised in a safe, quite location central to everything we wanted to do. Loved the pool and spa! Kitchen had any appliance we could ask for. Our only suggestion for improvement would be not to turn off spa or entry code until rental period is over. Not sure if this was a fluke or planned based on the day the pool service comes, but we found out the night before we checked out the spa bubbles no longer came on. It was too late to call the rental company and not a deal breaker. Also, the morning of check out we realized our entry code no longer worked. Thankfully there was still someone in the house as we loaded the van. We would stay again if coming to the orlando area. Overall, it was a great stay!

Sherry thank you for your feedback and we are pleased you had a great time and would stay again in the future. I am sorry that you had an issue with the spa on the last night of your stay. I can assure you that the pool and spa heating was switched on for the entire length of your stay and was left on for the guests who arrived after yourselves. If the spa wasn’t ‘bubbling’ this will have been a mechanical issue such as the pool filter needing to be cleaned or a seal that needed replacing. We will speak with our Management Company to make sure that the filter is being looked at on a Tuesday each week when the pool/spa are serviced by the pool technician. With regards to your door code I have checked and your code was still on the system until lunchtime on the day of your departure. I am not sure what went wrong with the door lock but this is why we also provide details to every guest on how to access the emergency key in case something of this rare nature occurs. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention and we will address them. We do hope that you enjoyed all the amenities that our home offers and that you found the complimentary welcome pack useful during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

Everything was easy and perfect. Everything we need was at the property as stated. The home is beautiful. I would recommend this house to anyone. We will most definitely be back.

Relaxing vacation

My husband, our 9 year old son and myself truly enjoyed this place very much. We have rented multiple homes in the past and this one did not disappoint. We spent our days and evenings around and in the pool. We normally visit Universal but still not comfortable with Covid we decided to just enjoy the home. The host were very responsive and willing to help as needed. We met the property manager upon arrival and he was warm and welcoming! Thank you Mike and Michelle for sharing your home!
