This spacious apartment is a lovingly-restored 1800s unit right in the heart of downtown on Main St in Columbus, Mississippi. A long staircase leads to the main door which opens into a spacious entryway which can be used for an office if desired.

Please know that there is a tall flight of stairs that must be climbed in order to enter the apartment. IF you have mobility issues or a heart condition, this apartment would not be ideal for you. There is no elevator.

Unassigned Parking is available on the street just outside the door (limited to 2 hours during business hours because this is downtown after all) or you can park behind the building. When there are festivals or popular events downtown, parking may become quite limited, but almost everything you need is within walking distance.

We provide a smart TV and WiFi. If you have a NEtflix or other TV subscription, you'll be able to access your favorite shows online.

Two reasonably large bedrooms, both with king sized beds and full bathrooms, are comfortably outfitted with high quality furnishings, bedding and guest towels. Ample closet space is available for longer-term stays, and a washer and dryer are conveniently provided inside the unit. The Master bedroom backs up to a private deck located in the alleyway, perfect for star-gazing.

Stainless appliances and a marble countertop star in the kitchen, which is open to the living area for seamless entertaining. Hardwood floor grace all of the rooms and the exposed conduits in the ceiling give it a somewhat industrial vibe.

But by far my favorite feature is the living room skylight. I love the natural sunlight streaming through during the daytime. It gives the space a certain romance that is difficult to describe. You'll have to come experience it for yourself.
