This one of a kind picturesque historic home is situated perfectly near the beach on the west end of Historic Cape Charles for your family vacation. The house is one block from the family friendly beach and ½ block to the business district with all the shopping and restaurants you could want. Park your car with the unlimited street parking available and you’ll never need to drive again during your stay at this massive retreat originally built in 1913.

Designer decorated with nautical and timeless pieces in a bright and cheerful beach theme. The highlight of the house is its massive wraparound porch where you will spend your mornings sipping coffee and after a full day at the beach your evening happy hours watching the town stroll by. If porches and fresh air aren’t your thing then the newly added rear sun/screen room with views out to the harbor and bay will be your relaxing and socializing hotspot. The warm inviting parlor is perfect for reading, relaxing or visiting. Large farm-style dining room just off the kitchen is suitable for even the largest of family meals and gatherings. Family room has 55" Smart TV with NetFlix and AppleTV. Three large bedrooms and one kids “cabin”. The home is centrally heated and cooled and the bedrooms have remote control celling fans. Two full renovated baths on the second floor and one ½ bath on the main level. Corner lot has large yard for outdoor activities and sundeck and stone patio leading to the garage where you can store your beach gear in the evenings. Optional Golf cart can be included with your stay to scoot around to anywhere you’d ever need to go in town.
