Welcome to our Gorgeous Modern Farmhouse! This airbnb is instantly soul- satisfying. The approachable style features warm elements such as natural wood, white columns, rustic accents. And... how can we forget to mention our farmhouse sink.

Just 2 blocks away from historic downtown Sandusky. The Modern Farmhouse themed suite is the perfect, cozy place to stay. . Located steps from downtown these accommodations are 4 miles from the popular Cedar Point; Sports Force; Sports Center; and Kalahari.

The space
This is a Big Beautiful Century Home that is divided into 4 Suites/apartments. There are 2 full-time residents upstairs and the two lower units are airbnb's. If you are looking for more space you can rent the Bohemian Suite located across the hall, open your doors and have the entire first floor!

The unit is recently remodeled. Sleeps 4 People. Two in the Queen Bed. One in the Twin Murphy Bed and One on the Big Comfy Couch.

We are in the process of painting the outside and replacing a fence. So you may see us working around the house refreshing the outside.

This was such a fun weekend getaway. The house is beautiful and cozy. We were so happy to see that there were bikes for us to use to ride to dinner and explore. We enjoyed the views and chill vibes at Dockside Cafe, had a delicious GF brunch at The Maca Root, and then a final dinner with a view at Landmark. We love the area and would definitely come back. Thank you!

Mother daughter getaway

We had a wonderful time! The place was so peaceful and perfect! We had some amazing food and wonderful adventures!! Then we could retreat to our cozy spot and relax with some wine and good conversation! This was the perfect spot!!!

Stayed for a dance competition

The cutest place and we loved it! Dance competitions can be so stressful especially when it’s Nationals. Driving all the way from Omaha Nebraska this quiet cute little place made it so nice and relaxing as possible. My girl did great and if we could it an award it would get the highest…a Crystal!! Thank you!!!

Very clean and cute. She had many helpful items stocked including toiletries and kitchenware. Had some issues not receiving entry details before hand, but host was communicative and able to give us info when we arrived. Did not read closely, but there is only ONE bedroom and a drundle bed in living room area. Luckily our 4th adult canceled, otherwise would have likely been crammed. I'd say there's really only bedding for 3 (2 in bed, 1 in drundle) unless you include the couch.

Great old house

Please read the "About this Property" description carefully. The headings in this ad are wrong. It should read " 1 master bedroom with queen size bed, 1 comfy sofa(does not fold out) and 1 twin size (single) murphy bed in living room. Aside from that the place was great. Beautifully decorated, clean, and lots of room. The only bathroom is inside the master bedroom. Would stay again.

I appreciate your attention to detail regarding the listing description. It's always helpful to get insights from our guests. I reviewed the current listing, which reads: "The unit is recently remodeled. Sleeps 4 People. Two in the Queen Bed. One in the Twin Murphy Bed and One on the Big Comfy Couch." To clarify, a twin and a single bed are indeed the same size, but I understand the need for clear communication. I will update the description to specify that the couch does not fold out into a bed for better clarity. Thank you again for your valuable input and for choosing to stay with us. We run this place as a labor of love. We bought it 3 years ago (because we couldn’t stomach the thought of someone just letting it go)

We love breathing new life into old things. Be that buildings, objects, traditions or human spirit.

Married to my high school sweetheart of 29 years, who is also a firefighter.
Mom to 3 beautiful {inside & out} daughters.
Nonna to 3 Grandsons and 1 Granddaughter. {I know crazy!}

I enjoy traveling, boating and fishing Lake Erie. I also enjoy decorating, remodeling, DIY-ing, thrift store shopping, flea market shopping and thinking "outside' the box. I love Podcasts, Audible and Youtube. I'm always looking for ways and ideas to increase my knowledge.

This is NOT your "typical" short term rental. All of my suite are carefully curated with exquisite design details, that you too can duplicate. You will find many extra's located throughout the apartment. Many of my items are luxury related from the towels, sheets and even the toilet paper!! I love creating spaces for people to enjoy and gather inspiration to take with them.
***Also worth mentioning*** I manage my own listings and properties. I don't rely on a company to manage them. I do myself.
