2 bedroom cottage newly renovated and fully equipped, sleeps up to eight people, cottage is directly across the street from the marinas watch the boats go by from the front patio, walk to the water, walk to East Matunuck beach or Matunuck Oyster bar, and all the local restaraunts its 5 minute drive to route 1 that takes you to all the beaches, take advantage of the local boat launch, our cottage comes with outdoor shower, grill, lawn furniture, 4 kayaks for
your pleasure at no extra charge. (Use at your own risk)

The cottage was great, very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a week near the shore to celebrate a special birthday. Everything was smooth and easy and the beds were all very comfortable.

The house had everything we needed and it was nice spending time together as a family. The only thing about the house was that he shower was very small so for taller people i my family (5’8 and taller) we had to use outdoor shower which was fine but it wasn’t as private. I had also for some reason thought that the house was on the beach or at least a block or so away (cottage on the shore) and because vrbo does not provide an address till a couple of days before the trip, i didn’t realize it till then. There is a marina with some private boats a few blocks away. It also rained the first couple of days of our stay so that didn’t help but we couldn’t have predicted that either. The weather was beautiful for the rest of our stay. I should have emailed the owners before booking to understand the exact location of the house so it’s my fault. The owners were very responsive and available. So overall a fair stay with a nice house but not what we had thought of for our family vacation. The beaches are within 15-20 minutes driving distance which is not far. There are also some very good places to eat within the same driving distance.

This was our second stay and things were just as good as the first time! The accommodations, the location and the scenery keep us coming back again and again. Recommended!

RI Family Vacation

Great location. Close to the beach and day trips to Block Island and Newport! The cottage was perfect for our family. The kayaks were also great to have being so close to the water.

Cutest house close to the beach

We stayed 4 nights taking our daughter back to URI and enjoying the beaches and restaurants. Snug Harbor is a great location to get anywhere. We love this house and plan to return!

We had a mixed crew of kids and adults. We loved the house! It's a little small, which we expected but great location and lots of charm. We utilized the front patio grill and also the backyard firepit. Had a few visitors and everyone enjoyed themselves. Outdoor shower is a nice touch.

Stunning Area

We loved the cottage, the place was adorable and we were provided with everything to make us feel at home and comfortable. Thomas was a great host and communicated well. I highly recommend staying at the cottage and the area!

Bigger than it looks

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It's larger on the inside than it looks in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and the cottage is well situated convenient to restaurants, beaches, shopping, etc.

The house was great and perfect for our needs. The location was great. It was a drive to the beach, but we were OK with that. We were able to walk to the marina and a wonderful snack shack nearby every morning for an amazing breakfast. The owner was easy to communicate with and the check-in and checkout process was super simple. Probably the easiest I’ve ever dealt with. The house has a Keurig and I forgot to get K cups that would be my only suggestion as a coffee lover!

Cozy cottage on quiet street with boat and marina access

Recently renovated cottage on quiet street perfect for small family with all amenities, stocked kitchen, outdoor shower, kayaks-a lot for the small space it occupies. Owner was helpful and responsive. No complaints at all. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Cottage was very clean and what a nice neighborhood. The Fourth of July parade went right by the house. The marina is nearby where you can stop in for breakfast or just supplies.

Parent Weekend

The location was great, thank you. Adorable place to stay. Thank you. The only feedback would be to get a new nozzle for the shower head so the water came out more consistently. Otherwise, everything was amazing. Definitely recommend this place to others!
