Bienvenido a Sarkiki de Coral y una de las mejores playas de arena en Belice.

Ya sea que el sueño de tiempo tranquilo en la playa, nadar en el mar cálido, el buceo en el segundo arrecife más largo del mundo o explorar las antiguas ruinas mayas, Sarkiki sirve como punto de partida perfecto. Nuestro nivel 3, villa frente al mar ecológico ofrece impresionantes vistas al mar desde grandes cubiertas en cada nivel y, el océano y las montañas desde la cubierta de la azotea.

Great place

This was the best. On the beach with swimming pool, great staff always available for whatever you need, good home base for exploring Belize wonders or just staying put for incredible relaxing respite from harsh winters. If you want to cook you can but we preferred the choice of good local restaurants. We hope to go back soon.

Exactly as Advertised

Stay was amazing, our host was knowlegable, always helpful and available. Grounds were beautifully kept and onsite staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Nice quiet area with excellent beach bar right next door.We had access to towels, garbage bags and other supplies every day.Only negative thing is that we didnt have butter knives, but really in the grand scheme of things not that important. We will definitely be back, Hopkins is awesome.

Condo was clean and in a good state of repair. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Grounds and beach was kept in good condition. The only negative for us was the condition of the road coming out of Hopkins after leaving the paved section. It is so full of potholes that one has to drive very slowly with a rental car to avoid damage.

Awesome location!

Such an amazing location! Walked out the door and the pool was right there as well as the beach! So many local eats and resorts with delicious foods. The people in Hopkins were super friendly. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony or go out onto the many piers. Water was clean and warm. We weren't too far from snorkeling, the rainforest or even cave tubing though it is a drive. All worth it due to the rainforest, stops on the way and beauty! Only draw back was mosquitos since its next to the river but you will have bugs anywhere in Belize lol. Don't worry about them, grab bug spray and enjoy!

Adequate Inside Lovely Outside except for bugs.

Hosts were not communicative. The directions to the location on VRBO were not correct. The hosts did not send a welcoming email prior to our arrival that would have clarified the directions. Also prior warning about the bug situation would have made our stay that much better.There are no TV's. The WiFi does not work inside only outside. The living room is not comfortable for 4 people to hang out. Notice there are not photos of the living space on the listing. Bedding needs to be upgraded. Otherwise the pool is very nice. The bar next door is great.

It was very nice to meet you, your husband, daughter and her partner and enjoyed talking with you poolside and at the restaurant next door and providing information as requested. We can see from our emails that we did advise that our staff would be at the property to provide keys and information on your arrival and that you could also call or email me for information about activities, directions, or any questions about the Hopkins area and/or Belize. We did not realize that you were having internet problems and are continuously updating the property's internet communications which have generally been very good. We have staff at the property full time so if guests have any concerns we hope they advise our manager, or us. You did contact me about the the directions to the property that is sent out by VRBO which is the more scenic Hummingbird Highway route which was extensively upgraded in the last few years. The Coastal Highway route is newly paved within the last couple of years so depending on if coming from the airport or inland area will decide on which route to take.

Sarkiki Villas

I highly recommend Sarkiki to families on a budget wishing to stay in a self catered apartment directly on the beach in the Hopkins area. The neighborhood is mostly residential and is blissfully quiet and peaceful. The beach was calm with a gentle breeze. One could walk about a half mile up and down on the golden sand. The pool was clean and a cool respite. My kids used the inner tubes, floats, frisbee, football and volleyball. They also used the canoe in the shallow part of the bay. The foosball table , darts and corn hole games at the independently owned Mango’s beach bar were great. I will counsel everyone to bring baby oil to create a layer so that midges (‘no see ums’) can’t bite. There were plenty of fresh bath towels and beach towels available. The owners set up a fun, relatively inexpensive snorkeling / fishing expedition that was the highlight of our trip. I used the charcoal grills to prepare the red snappers and yellowtail snappers that we caught. We had no issues driving 10 minutes into town for groceries. We are at the closer restaurants along Sittee River Road as well. We enjoyed the hiking, waterfalls and zip lines at the nearby Bocawina Mayflower National Park. Unfortunately we did not get to the Cockscomb Jaguar Sanctuary for river tubing or a hike.

His is a wonderful spot to get away Local people are so friendly Loads of unique eating places The owners of resort. Linda and Mike are the best. The condo and it's grounds are super The new on site bar restaurant just opened Very laidback and friendly Bill Etheredge
