This 5 bedroom home is extremely large and features 3 bathrooms. The home offers a family room that is furnished comfortably around the main TV. There is a dining room if you choose to eat in, and a fully equipped kitchen with all of today's needs, such as a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and full size oven. The home is fully air conditioned and also has a separate laundry room for your convenience.

Outside, you will find your large pool deck complete with table and chairs, and sun loungers. This home is so peaceful that you would never know that just down the road you will find all that Orlando is famous for. An ideal setting for a large group or if you are just looking to treat yourself.

Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating. Please inquire about this add-on if the option is of interest.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
