Start your vacation right in this beautifully decorated 5-bedroom/5-bathroom villa in the Champions gate community. The lovely and cozy décor will make you feel right at home. Enjoy ample living and dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your stay. Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own private swimming pool and spa. Take a dip in the pool for some fun in the sun. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool/spa heated for an additional cost of $70 per 5 nights. Each additional 5 nights stayed would be an additional $70 for pool/spa heat.
We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Restrictions apply please contact our team for further details.

Please be aware that all reservations must be made by someone over the age of 21.
Please note that check in information should begin to arrive the day before scheduled check in with the final details such as door code to access property arriving the morning of scheduled check in.

Once you’ve explored the home, head over to the Oasis Club for more fun! With your reservation, you are granted complimentary access to the resort’s amenities such as a lazy river, water park with slides, volleyball courts, an arcade, gym, and so much more! The Championsgate community is also surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs. Please keep in mind we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, however any additional items would need to be purchased yourself. Temporary structures are strictly forbidden by the HOA. This rental property has a Doorbell camera in the exterior of the home pointed toward street and front door.

Great House

This house is great. Very clean, great neighborhood and the property manager was very responsive. Main frustration is that the house doesn’t have many essentials, ie. salt and pepper and other basic things that are included in similar rentals. Publix is right down the street but you end up spending a lot of money on basics that you can’t take home when you’re flying. The rental also only had 5 beach towels so we had to purchase more of those as well. Would still rent again, but make sure I bring things like salt and beach towels in my luggage!

Relaxing stay.

We loved this beautifully decorated property, it had everything we needed, we had an issue the first day with the pool heat not working but they sent someone to fix the valve that was not working by the end of day so we were able to enjoy the swimming the rest of the week, we were able to Instacart whatever we needed with easy delivery to this home, if you are looking for the pool lights there is a knob on the inside of the house by the sliding door that operates them! We found the beds VERY firm, they were quick to respond to any communication on here, and there is a waterpark that is included down a few streets!
