There are two living areas, upon entry there is a formal living and dining room which leads into the open plan kitchen and family room with large sliding doors into the pool area. The home features a large master bedroom (king bed) with ensuite bathroom and its own direct access to the pool area. The master bathroom has a walk in shower, separate garden tub and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 (queen bed) is also ensuite and features a shower/tub combo with single vanity.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 are both twin rooms that share the spacious, 3rd bathroom and feature a shower/tub combo with single vanity.

There are flat screen Tv's in all bedrooms, formal living room and family room. Free high speed Wi-Fi is also provided at no additional cost! So whether you sunning it up or streaming away (or both at the same time) this home is the perfect place for your next get away!

This home is self-service - meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool heat is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. Pricing and availability may vary by property.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
