You will enjoy this New Cottage Style home on Anna Maria Island just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and minutes from shopping and attractions on Bradenton Beach's popular Bridge Street! Your parking is right at the front door!!

This home offers a new private backyard pool and spa, along with a full outdoor kitchen and outdoor seating areas with a billiard table and mounted television. Lots of comfortable seating inside with an updated and spacious kitchen with stainless appliances.

The Primary Bedroom Suite features a Select Comfort adjustable split King size bed. The en suite Bath features double sinks, a separate stall, and a shower, with a custom walk-in closet. The Guest Suite has a Queen size bed, with a full tub and shower. The third bedroom Suite is a Twin/Full Trundle and Twin Trundle Bed, with a walk-in shower. Free high-speed internet, Smart TV, Netflix, and a DVD player are provided for your enjoyment.

A short drive or ride on the free Island Trolley will take you to Bridge Street with restaurants, mini-golf, shops, and the Bridge Street Pier. As far as sightseeing. the house is centrally located, so you can explore the entire Island on the free trolley and the trolley stop is only steps away. Come enjoy the beauties of our Island.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

While we know you love your furry friends, this property is not pet friendly. Please make other arrangements for your pets.

The house met every expectation. Appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and appliances. An issue with the hot tub was quickly corrected. Access to the Gulf was easy too. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful. There was plenty of parking. Check in process and communication with the property manager was great. When we arrived, the pool was cold. Not freezing but didn’t feel like it was heated (the spa was amazing) I didn’t think anything of it until when the pool guy came on the 2nd to last day and when he left the pool was much warmer. I was like dang! I should have asked the property manager but my fault I didn’t. The kids loved the pool regardless and I enjoyed it on the last day. Everything else was 100% amazing. I would book again.

Beautiful beach house! We loved staying here - just steps to a very clean, uncrowded beach. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. The house had everything we needed for the beach (cart, chairs and umbrella), floats for the pool, beach towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything needed for cooking. We're already trying to decide when to return!

Just Beachy

Love this little cottage close to the beach. Bradenton Beach is the perfect vibe for our family, and we like the location of this condo - close to the beach, shops, bridge st., and many restaurants. Easy access on check-in day. We love that each of the three bedrooms has its own private bath. We also love the outdoor kitchen, TV, pool table, and dart board. Perfect place to hang out and chill!!

Fabulous Anna Maria getaway!

Beautiful spacious cottage, well decorated yet kid friendly. Nice sized pool and spa with a ton of comfortable seating around the pool and in the shade. Great outdoor kitchen and furniture to snuggle up and watch movies outside in the evening! We had five adults and three young children with plenty of space. The central location was perfect for short walks to the beach and Bridge Street for shopping, ice cream, and local entertainment. Great vacation retreat! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location and exactly as pictured

This is a perfect place for 3 couples. Having 3 bathrooms to go with the 3 bedrooms was huge! The place is in good shape and looks just like the pictures. Very clean and perfectly set up for a long weekend for 3 adult couples. We had a fabulous time and loved the area and the walkability to the beach and Bridge Street. The only complaint is that the hot tub was the same temp as the pool (82). The owner did reply fairly promptly regarding the issue but made empty promises that made it frustrating. We truly believe the heater was working it was just set to 82 rather than 100 like a hot tub should be. The thermastat was locked and obviously controlled offsite. We are still not sure why they wouldn't just turn it up after several requests to do so. They did refund us a portion of the rental o we really do appreciate that. Overall we would most likely return since it is a great place to stay and other than the hot tub, the owner was great to work with.

This was by far our favorite place we have ever stayed! The short walk to the beach was perfect and not crowded. Bridge street is a short golf cart or trolley ride away and is where we spent many nights getting ice cream, playing putt putt, eating and shopping! The amenities are absolutely perfect! We felt like we had our own private oasis. When we were done with the beach, we would spend time outside playing pool, darts, swimming and enjoying the hot tub! There is plenty of seating for everyone! The kitchen is beautiful and has plenty of room for cooking in. This place was perfect in every way!

Incredible time

We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything you would want and more. The pool with grill and tv were perfect. We were very close to the beach and other activities. We would absolutely stay again!!

Rest and relaxation

We had a great time. Used the pool and hot tub often. House was lovely, back yard was private and had all the amenities. Construction noises during day broke up tranquility some what but of course that cannot be helped. Short walk to beach and shops and restaurants. Perfect location and house was great. Property manager was responsive and extremely helpful. No negatives here, we loved our stay.

Beach house

This property needs a face lift! The furniture is dirty and worn out. There is not a comfortable chair to the house. One of the mattresses was very uncomfortable. Outdoor living space could be very nice but again furniture is disgusting.

Tout a été presque parfait! La maison était exactement comme sur les photos, la places facile d’accès à pied avec des petits (7ans et 5ans). Nous aurions apprécié qu’une des chambres soit équipée de lits jumeaux ou « bunk beds » car nos enfants ne sont pas les meilleurs à partager un lit, mais à pars ça pour nos besoin c’était parfait. La piscine chauffée et le hot tub ont bien servis. En espérant que la construction derrière la cours soit complétée, j’y retournerais sans hésiter.
