Los vacacionistas que gustan del antiguo ambiente de Florida de Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach en particular, se enamorarán de esta adorable casa de dos dormitorios y dos baños en la planta baja, ubicada en una calle tranquila, a un tiro de piedra del Golfo de México. y Anna Maria Sound. ¡Sus propietarios han reinventado con amor esta encantadora casa, para beneficio de cualquiera que busque un lugar excelente y asequible para llamar hogar mientras está en la playa!

Te encantarán los muebles grandes y cómodos, los grandes televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación, la sala de juegos súper divertida y el comedor interior / exterior para todo clima con vista a la piscina. ¡La diversión familiar te espera!

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size y baño privado, mientras que el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. El segundo baño completo se encuentra fuera de la sala de estar para facilitar el acceso. Un sofá cama de tamaño completo se puede encontrar en la sala de juegos.

¡Pero la diversión no se detiene adentro! La nueva piscina climatizada será el lugar favorito de todos. Coloque sus sillas en el agua en la plataforma solar poco profunda, luego salte a refrescarse y juegue con los niños. Para un poco más de aventura y brisa marina, dirígete a la playa, ¡está a solo una cuadra de distancia!

UNA NOTA SOBRE LAS PISCINAS CLIMATIZADAS: Dado que el calor de la piscina es una propuesta muy costosa para nuestros propietarios, nos piden que recolectemos $ 100 por semana (más impuestos) de los huéspedes que solicitan que se caliente la piscina en su propiedad de alquiler.

Place was great!, would stay again. Re: starter kit for essentials ( the only garage bags you get are the ones that are in the can in the kitchen) No extra under sinks. would be nice to have a few extra. Very nice to have beach towels and chair and umbrella with wagon for beach use!!!Easy to contact property management with great response Response time for host could be a little better. But in the end it was a wonderful trip

House was really great. We loved the pool area and the location to the beach was perfect. House was clean. I would have given 5 stars but the only issue my wife and I had was the mattress in the main bedroom was really soft. I'm sure fine for some but for us not. Other then that we would stay at this house again in a heartbeat.

The house was wonderful and in a fantastic location, very close to the beach. The pool, while on the smaller side, was a great size for us and the heater worked perfectly. The only areas that could use some improvement were cleanliness—particularly the rugs, which seemed like they should be replaced—and a strange odor in the house that unfortunately lingered on our clothes. Other than that, everything was excellent. The house itself was amazing, with plenty of space, and it was perfect for my six-month-old, our dogs, and my family. We truly had a great time. Thank you!

Great stay. Close to beach. Clean. A few minor suggestions. Half of the lounges by the pool are damaged. Shower door was a challenge. Washer is super loud… and headboard in second bedroom is not attached well and creaks every time you move at night. Seriously, other than that…perfect. Really appreciated the wonderful communication, the beach toys, floatees, soft sheets, clean pool… House is sweet and decorated perfectly for the beach. Thank you.

Check in is a breeze. No keys needed. This is a cute ranch style home that sits on a corner lot directly across the street from the bay. There aren’t many ranch homes left in this area as they are being replaced with newer homes that are elevated to reduce the impact of flooding and storm damage. The public beach access is a super short walk away (about 5 houses or a block away). Home was recently updated. Beds are comfortable and the pool area was great. You will find a beach wagon in the garage with beach chairs, pool floats, sand toys, masks and snorkels and even a small soft sided cooler. The management company is great. They were super responsive and went above and beyond. The beach closest to the house was not crowded at all. Great value! I would stay again.

House was in a great location! Very nice! Pool was a little dirty at the beginning of the stay but cleared up! Pool was HOT and was charged a warming fee (so I didn’t understand that). Overall good stay!

Wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for us. Spacious and close to the beach. It have everything we needed. Our only complaint was the pool was too warm. The heater did not need to be on.

We enjoyed the stay!! The location was great! We walked to the beach for sunsets and drove to others to mix things up during the day!! The rental company was fantastic! Needed help with a couple of things during the stay…they were on it! We enjoyed it!!

Lovely location and property

We loved the house, it was just what we needed, my family had a lovely time. We love the location!The pool was a little dirty at the beginning of the stay, but the pool technician came quickly and fixed it up, and it looked wonderful.

Wonderful

Our stay was seamless. From the day of check in until the morning we checked out. The neighbors and locals in the area were very helpful. We ventured to the beach right at the end of the block. Found many sand dollars. It was a wonderful stay and the house was just enough for our week get away. Comfy, cozy , and felt like home.

Best Vacation Ever

Anna Maria island is a very special place. This was our 1st visit not our last. The house was just as pictured! The pool, location and neighborhood were perfect! We were a block from the beach and had everything we needed to make lots of family memories❤️. I would highly recommend and plan to stay here in the future!

Super nice place.

Everything was great. There was a little bit of issue with the cleanliness in the sofa that was debris, but we got that out and there’s a nail up under the table that’s in the garage that cut my leg but other than that everything was great.

WORST VRBO property management experience EVER!!!

Imagine having a flood coming into the home on your second night there AND THE ONLY THING the property management does is tell you "it is not our fault" and "we think you are lying to us and you have 12 folks when you should have 8, so we will come count you." NEVER in my life have I been treated so horrible! The house that we rented from them flooded - the lack of kindness/understanding or offering us anything was beyond appalling! Front wall/side wall and front door were all leaking! There were several inches of water in the living room! We contacted them immediately to tell them what happened, we mopped up the water and dealt with the mess! To 'thank us' for cleaning up the water we were then falsely accused of lying! I do not take being falsely accused of anything lightly! I am a rule follower and I have never been falsely accused of lying until this company accused me of that! It was awful! This company treated us like we were horrible people! I was literally in tears and we came very close to packing up and leaving! Before you falsely accuse people of lying perhaps you should have both your facts and numbers accurate!!! Our group had 8 people and we absolutely did NOTHING WRONG!!! We will NEVER rent another property from this company! Due to the excessive amount of water coming into the house - clearly there is a problem! This property needs to be removed from the rental listing until the problems are both addressed and fixed!

“Heated”Pool Vacation Home

When we arrived the house had been painted hours before we entered. Construction across street during week hours. Pool did not heat until weather approached 70 degrees towards the end of our stay. Property could use a handyman to fix fridge, dishwasher noise, broken exterior electrical outlet covers. Other then the construction noise / quiet neighborhood / Friendly Locals / Great Food / Fishing / Beaches!!!!!

We enjoyed the week

This house worked for our group of 8. Pool was great to have, layout was nice for some separation when needed. The property is old, some reviews indicated that, some did not which surprised me. I have shared a few concerns with management and they were very willing to listen. I had a few issues during the stay, only called property manager once and a plumber was called to address it quickly which was appreciated. I feel like the cost for the week, for a party of 8, is what it is.

Great place for family

Great setup for a small family. Some of the interior was a little dated but very clean and the pool area was fantastic. The property management team was super helpful and even stopped out to help with the pool heater on Christmas Eve.

Cute property. A little worn down.

Great location. Quiete street. Nice pool. Had an ant situation when we arrived. Lots of finishings that are worn, chipping paint, broken cabinet doors, chipping ceramic finishes. Overall a decent value, but the property needs work.

Nice place to make memories!

We had a family reunion on Anna Maria Island. Each family unit rented a house or condo within walking distance of each other. We had eight members stay here and we were not cramped in the least! Nice furniture and decorations. It was well supplied with cooking/baking/grilling/eating utensils, cups, plates etc...Nice stove/oven micro and refrigerator! Loved the second fridge in the laundry room! Thankful for the washer and dryer! Plenty of clean towels, sheets, blankets. Wonderful pool and yard. Nice big screen T.V's. Remotes and WIFI worked! Fun board games provided. Owners/property manager were great to work with! This is a nice place to make memories!
