Los vacacionistas que gustan del antiguo ambiente de Florida de Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach en particular, se enamorarán de esta adorable casa de dos dormitorios y dos baños en la planta baja, ubicada en una calle tranquila, a un tiro de piedra del Golfo de México. y Anna Maria Sound. ¡Sus propietarios han reinventado con amor esta encantadora casa, para beneficio de cualquiera que busque un lugar excelente y asequible para llamar hogar mientras está en la playa!

Te encantarán los muebles grandes y cómodos, los grandes televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación, la sala de juegos súper divertida y el comedor interior / exterior para todo clima con vista a la piscina. ¡La diversión familiar te espera!

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size y baño privado, mientras que el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. El segundo baño completo se encuentra fuera de la sala de estar para facilitar el acceso. Un sofá cama de tamaño completo se puede encontrar en la sala de juegos.

¡Pero la diversión no se detiene adentro! La nueva piscina climatizada será el lugar favorito de todos. Coloque sus sillas en el agua en la plataforma solar poco profunda, luego salte a refrescarse y juegue con los niños. Para un poco más de aventura y brisa marina, dirígete a la playa, ¡está a solo una cuadra de distancia!

Nice place, nothing fancy but definitely has everything you would need. The pool area is fantastic and the beds are comfortable. Location is close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. Recommend so highly we booked it again for next year!

This property was beyond my expectations! We had 4 adults and 2 kids under 3 and were all very comfortable. The house was bigger than expected with a nice kitchen and open floor plan into the living room. There was plenty of seating options available. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. Plenty of pots and pans if you wanted to cook. Bed rooms were nice size with a king bed in one with an en suite bathroom. The other bedroom had a queen bed with a mattress that was a little soft for my liking but slept very good! The bunk beds were nice and I ended up sleeping on the bottom one on one occasion and the mattress was very nice and firmer! The washer and dryer was off the bunk bed room with a sliding door for privacy. We had one small bottle of laundry detergent which worked for several loads.. The bathroom off the hall was a little small but had a nice shower with great water pressure and hot water. The garage has been converted into a storage type room for pool and beach stuff. There was no air conditioning in this room which was a little confusing because there was a kitchen table with 6 chairs to use for meals. There was a fan for air circulation. This room led to the outdoor pool which was fabulous! I made the mistake of paying for the pool to be heated so it was always like bath water temperature. The beach was a block away so just a short walk. The beach cart was broken when we arrived. We would stay here again. Corner lot, perfect location!

Do not stay here. The rental company controls the AC. That house was so Hot. I ask them to turn it down to 70 and they said it was a hot day and that the unit was working too hard. They told us to close the blinds. So we spent a week in a house sweating in the dark. Terrible. Also it took the refrigerator 3 days to finally freeze our ice cream and popsicles. The butter was melted too. Rental company said after loading a refrigerator it take a few days to start cooling. ??? I load mine at home every week thats crazy. We were so disappointed with this house. We also had to go to Walmart and buy pillows for the beds. Not enough pillows. I have never written a bad review but i just wanted to let the next person know what they were getting into. The rental agreement should have stated they controlled the AC. Bad business. I will never use this company again.

Thank you for the feedback. We hope you enjoyed your time and all the island and surrounding area has to offer. I understand the issues with the AC and the refrigerator. We have let the owner know about your concerns and we strive to make sure we take care of every issue. We do not control the AC but we do have a restriction on it so that it cannot go lower than 70 degrees. If the system is set too low for too long it will burn the machine up and there will be no air at all. The heat index and the humidity has been high lately and it is a common thing this time of year for the houses to be stuffy during the day and cool off more at night. We will make sure we address these items so that other guests can make the best of the vacation. Thank you.

Lovely location and property

We loved the house, it was just what we needed, my family had a lovely time. We love the location!The pool was a little dirty at the beginning of the stay, but the pool technician came quickly and fixed it up, and it looked wonderful.

Wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for us. Spacious and close to the beach. It have everything we needed. Our only complaint was the pool was too warm. The heater did not need to be on.

House was really great. We loved the pool area and the location to the beach was perfect. House was clean. I would have given 5 stars but the only issue my wife and I had was the mattress in the main bedroom was really soft. I'm sure fine for some but for us not. Other then that we would stay at this house again in a heartbeat.

Place was great!, would stay again. Re: starter kit for essentials ( the only garage bags you get are the ones that are in the can in the kitchen) No extra under sinks. would be nice to have a few extra. Very nice to have beach towels and chair and umbrella with wagon for beach use!!!Easy to contact property management with great response Response time for host could be a little better. But in the end it was a wonderful trip

Wonderful property & location

We had a very nice family vacation at this property. It was very clean and the location was fantastic. Beautiful pool area and a short walk to the beach. Everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation.

Amazing House!

We loved this house - it was clean and perfect. The pool was fabulous and the location was amazing. Will definitely be back!!!

July 4th family vacation.

The backyard and pool area was great! Was only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
