Alojamiento de alto estilo con patio tranquilo!

Esta es otra de nuestras elegantes casas adosadas que ofrece alojamiento para 6 adultos. Tenemos colchones queen air que pueden acomodar a niños pequeños. El dormitorio principal es bastante grande y tiene un baño en suite con bañera de jardín y un amplio vestidor. Cada una de las otras habitaciones tiene un área de tocador / lavabo privado y un amplio vestidor. Esas habitaciones comparten solo una bañera / ducha y un inodoro. La sala, el comedor y la cocina son un concepto abierto, ideal para pequeñas reuniones. El bar comedor ofrece asientos adicionales. Nos encantan estas casas adosadas y ahora tenemos 3 en nuestro inventario. Este tiene un garaje para dos autos con apertura que conduce al hermoso patio y la puerta trasera de la unidad para máxima seguridad.

Mostly good

The good: The master bed was comfy Location was perfect Garage and a yard Good price Will do long term rentals Plenty of space Nearby park Good storage Bad: Couch was super uncomfortable There are like 6 towels in the whole house - bring your own for bigger groups The rugs were very dirty so we picked them up an don't them back when we left The manager was mostly nice but tried to push us out early because she had someone coming in same day.

College Station get away

We had a very nice get away and change of scenery. Our original plans for going to College Station fell through but we went anyway and are very happy we did, it was good to get away. Except for TV issues and no DVD player, it was great! We will do this again.

The layout was excellent, with each bedroom feeling private even though everything was just off the living and dining areas. The house was very clean and pretty well equipped (could use more than 2 wine glasses, though). Lori was very professional and helpful. An excellent choice for our 3-generation gathering for graduation.

This townhome is perfect for a A&M visit. Each room was quiet, peaceful, nicely furnished, and allowed our family of six to spread out and relax, and yet afforded us space to share time together too. A 'home away from home' it had all the necessities to make our stay very nice. Thank you Lori!

Wonderful property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was so clean, roomy and comfortable. Having access to the garage and driveway made parking so easy for our 3 family vehicles as we all came from different places. Being able to relax and visit in a home rather than 3 separate hotel rooms made our trip much more pleasant and the location was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is very accessible to restaurants, shopping and Texas A&M University. We were attending a wedding at Peach Creek Ranch and this location was a very short drive away which was a huge bonus at midnight when it was time to head back to the townhouse. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Clean property, NOT 3/3 and Freezer temp questionable

First off, the property was clean and there were no issues getting in. The manager allowed us to enter in earlier than policy defined so that was a plus as well. As for the negatives, this is NOT a 3/3. It's a master bedroom with en suite and two other bedrooms that share a jack/jill. In my book this means it's a 3/2. Apparently this is detailed in the description but my message to the manager: don't market your property for something it's not and contradict that in the description. Very misleading! I was given the opportunity to get a full refund but at that point it would have been more hassle to find another property. Lastly, I bought a tub of Bluebell ice cream the first night. Long day of work and excited to dive in after a dinner and the ice cream was complete soup. The freezer temps were questionable. Beware you late night ice cream bingers!

Great property, great furnishings, super clean and fantastic host

We had a great time at this College station property while visiting my daughter. There was plenty of room for our family of six and there were extra chairs so we could all sit around the dining room table and play games. The property was very clean inside and out and included the soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies (if necessary), etc. that we required. You can tell when an experienced team is hosting a property and this team did a fantastic job. We had a couple of questions and the host was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying at this property again soon. Thanks Lori. Great job!

We can provide a portable bed which can hold one more person for a total of 8 under special circumstances. You will love the location, neighborhood and sizeable, private back patio.

My favorite aspect of Hartford Haven is the smaller accommodation for up to 8 at an affordable rate and the spacious feel offering nearly 3 bathrooms. I also love the back patio and having a large garage from which to enter the home. There is a beautiful park just down the block where you can walk or meditate. Short drive down Wellborn Road to campus!
