Perfect Home Away from Home

This was a wonderful rental. Everything you would need was provided. Such nice furnishings. It was in a super nice location, convenient to everything and so quiet. We’ve stayed at many rentals on SSI and this, by far, was the best. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spacious Stay

This unit is clean and spacious. I would advise bringing your own bath towels if you’d like more than one per person or having to share or wash after each use for someone else to use. There are extra beach towels and blankets the house. Parking is tight for 3 vehicles but can still fit 3, and right up to the porch. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Thanksgiving Family 2022

This is the second time I have used Virbo. I am completely sold. The accomodations were everything they listed. Clean spacious, neighborhood friendly. I plan to use Virbo for many more family events, and I have recommended Virbo to a family member as well. Thanks for great accomodations.

Vacation Mode Activated

This was a beautifully decorated home with lots of space for taking a longer vacation, which is needed to truly experience everything in the area. The home's owner stayed in communication and made things easy. We did have to do a little cleaning when we arrived, but the owner had made us aware of a change in the cleaning crew in advance and the effort needed on our part was minimal. We would recommend the home and location.

50th birthday stay

The home is beautiful and in a quiet location. We really loved the decor in the home, it was also spacious and new. We had a broken shower faucet and some additional cleaning was needed, we contacted the property owner and she immediately responded and was great at calling the cleaning lady over for another cleaning, and maintenance man was contacted to fix the shower faucet. We didn’t have any problems because there were 2 other bathrooms to use to shower in. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and making it right. The owner also got me a birthday cake and flowers as a birthday gift, she was very kind. We had a wonderful vacation and would come and stay again. I had a great 50th birthday celebration! Very nice!

Beach Dogs Weekend

The location of the property is a great one for exploring and enjoying St. Simon's. We also live nearby on an island, but are not allowed to let our dogs be on the beach. Bringing them here was a huge deal for them, and for us to watch them go crazy for a few days, chasing waves and balls, and swimming non stop. The house was perfect, well outfitted for pets with everything including a crate, water dish and more. The street the property is on is a very quiet cul de sac, perfect for a relaxing time away. We'd recommend it to anyone.

Bittersweet

It was not for pleasure that we traveled to ST. Simon's, my second home. My brother had passed away and we were there to celebrate his life. My daughter, her husband and six children drove down from Va., eleven hours straight. I couldn't imagine all of us in two hotel rooms so I found this perfect house. I cannot rave enough about this property. It was furnished with gorgeous pieces of furniture and fully equipped kitchen, beautifully finished bathrooms and I couldn't think of an amenity that I didn't find. I even found a candle for my son-in-law's birthday doughnut! So the bitter was the reason for our visit and the sweet was a house that was welcoming and spacious for our needs. Would I rent this house again...nanosecond!

GREAT St Simons Stay!!

The house is perfectly suited for a stay on the island. The owners went WAY above and beyond to take care of us and make sure our stay was absolutely perfect! So grateful to them and would love to rent from them again. Highly recommend staying at 606 Holly St!!

Wonderful Place to Relax

Our group enjoyed the stay. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We spent a lot of time relaxing on that front porch. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely rent it again if we find ourselves in the area again.

Beautiful beach house

My family and I had a wonderful time exploring SSI. This house was the best rental we have ever booked. For starters, it looked like a home you’d see on HGTV plus it was well stocked and meticulously clean. I could go on and on! The hosts were very accessible and a pleasure to deal with. We had a perfect beach getaway!

Exquisitely Convenient

We took a family vacation and stayed at this beautiful home. The decor was calm and inviting. The house is very well stocked. You can literally bring your clothes and groceries and have everything you need for your vacation. No need to run to the store for anything. We cooked through our stay and appreciated all of the cookware, dishes, grill and utensils that were available. We also went to the beach and used the Yeti cooler. This house had everything to make our stay leisurely and comfortable. We will definitely come back again.

THE BEST!!!

We will be back to this Awesome home! The owners have lovingly attended to every detail from choosing the right location to providing needed toiletries, cleaning supplies, coolers, beach gear, even coffee, many nice books, games, rocking chairs, etc. We felt as if we were in a well-stocked and spit-spot clean home. The high ceilings, spacious rooms, and cheerful coastal decor with a variety of fun and fine art, all of which will enhance one's experience. There are so many fun local adventures at SSI, but in candor, one hesitates to leave this lovely home. The sunset is breathtaking from the front porch rockers and after the sun sets, moving to the back yard we enjoyed the fire pit with all the provisions. This home and hosts ROCK!!
