This home offers tons of space with this split floorplan set up where you can find 2 of the queen bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath on the left side, den/office with sleeper couch near the entrance and the main bedroom on the right side with king size bedrooms and En-suite bathroom giving your family ample of space.

This location offers a speedy drive to all essential locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

Bailey Rose can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up (8 if you include the sleeper couch in the den).
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities with many unique deign accents. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 6 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing in the hot but or on the lounge area or just watching beautiful sun sets from your western facing pool deck.
There is a seawall great for hanging out or for canal fishing.
