Villa recientemente renovada en excelente ubicación, a 5 minutos del río, piscina nueva con bañera de hidromasaje

Esta villa completamente renovada en 2018 no deja nada que desear. La casa tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. El dormitorio principal está equipado con una cama king size y tiene su propio baño. Las otras dos habitaciones comparten un baño y están equipadas con camas individuales que se pueden juntar para formar una cama. Terminada en 2019, la piscina con hidromasaje alquila un pase de baño en cada temporada. Termine la noche en nuestra tranquila área al aire libre tipo centro turístico.
El salón está equipado con un cómodo sofá. La casa tiene un sistema de sonido Sonos.
La villa está ubicada en una calle tranquila en el área del Yacht Club. Se puede llegar a Cape Coral Beach en bicicleta en 10 minutos, pero también hay restaurantes y tiendas cerca. En barco se llega al río en 5 minutos sin puentes. Nos complace proporcionarle, si está disponible, bicicletas disponibles.

Beautiful Oasis

We enjoyed our stay at this super cute little spot in Cape Coral. The house had everything we needed! The pool and hot tub were beautifully done and the area very quiet and safe. Would highly recommend.

Christmas Break Getaway

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this property. It was exactly what was showed online. Our kids especially loved the pool and hot tub, using them both daily. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We still had access to restaurants not too far away. Would definitely stay again if given the chance.

Fort Myers visit

Nice place, clean but in a more residential area. Pool had ducks visiting every morning to swim and would defecate daily in patio area and leave feathers in the pool. I love animals but maybe the screened in pool system would make for a better experience so the pool is cleaner. Bikes also had something different wrong with each one with no air pump to repair the one that had a flat tire. Overall, nice stay for the money though.

Great Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with hot tub but Bob came right out and fixed it. We also had issue with shower and they came right out and fixed it. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a clean, quiet and resort like place to stay.

Second visit

This is the second time we have stayed at the property. Myself and my family find this place very relaxing. The main attraction is of course the pool and hot tub. Always impeccably maintained and clean. And that goes for the house as well. I’m sure we will come again.

Perfect Stay to Recharge over Spring Break

We absolutely LOVED Salt Life Villa for a spring break stay with our 2 adult children. From the moment we stepped in the door, we couldn't have been more pleased. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing day at the pool, day trip to the beach or evening in the hot tub. It is well equipped with everything you need to get your vacation started and is close to great restaurants, shopping and beaches nearby. Delia was very communicative and very responsive. We would definitely stay again!!!!

Great home for a quiet, relaxing 2-weeks. Exceptionally clean with a great view to the pool and outdoor dining area. Perfect for outdoor meals or enjoying the wide-open pool ... soak in the sun or relax in the shade of the large covered area. Easy driving distances to several good restaurants, Publix and as a home base for taking day-trips.

The house was exceptional. It was spacious and well designed. We had 4 adults and a 2 yr old and there was room for more!. The host was VERY attentive, checking in with us on several occasions to make sure everything was to our liking. I highly recommend the house and the host!

Beautiful Home.

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s. And this has been our favorite one so far. What a beautiful home. We rented the boat for 5 days which is a lot quicker getting to Fort Myers and Sanibel. The pool was always the perfect temp. Deliah is an amazing host. Highly recommend. Was very hard going back to Minnesota.

The house was great, and the pool and hot tub was very nice.

Everything was great! The owners responded quickly to a couple text with questions about the pool and wi-fi. Also we locked our selves out the first evening as we went to our dinner reservations. I texted about an extra key and before dinner was over, the owner had a locksmith come and took care of the issue. We were close to many nice restaurants and the drive to Sanibel island or Fort Myers beach was not bad at all. Myself and my children enjoyed our stay at this house.

Perfect Family Vacation

The house was perfect, It totally lives up to the beautiful pictures online. Perfect with kids, very family friendly with lots of room and hard floors throughout, floors and furniture are easy to keep picked up- Blessed with pretty good kids so there was just the occasional sweeping after meals and keeping sandy shoes/toys in the garage. Everything in the house was well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils, appliances, sheets, blankets and towels. All was in good working order and we did not need to reach out to the owner for anything. We will definitely be booking again and investigating boat rentals!

Beautiful location with excellent management

We had a wonderful experience and would recommend this property to our family and friends! Our group totaled four people and there was ample space to accommodate this number or more. It is beautiful with an open floorplan and easy access to the pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is well appointed with newer appliances and plenty of housewares to accommodate cooking and eating in during your stay. We had packed a number of floatys for the pool and had asked if a pump was available at the location to inflate them. To our pleasant surprise, the management ordered one and had it delivered the next day! Very generous and gracious! There is ample closet space available and it makes it easy to organize your clothes and travel items. The bathrooms were very clean and well lit. There were no full length mirrors which may be of interest if getting dressed up for going out. All the features of the property worked in top condition from the appliances to the heated pool and jacuzzi. We rented a 23 foot boat during our stay and there was ample room at the dock to tie up. This property perfectly matched our interests to boat during the day, prepare and eat dinner onsite, and relax in the pool and jacuzzi in the evening. All communications with management were positive and friendly and there were no surprises or missed expectations. We highly recommend!
